Disfrute del aire libre durante todo el año en este acogedor chalet ubicado al final de un hermoso vecindario. Relájese junto al fuego después de un día en la montaña o disfrute de una fogata con la familia en el amplio patio trasero. Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con pisos renovados y muebles nuevos para la sala familiar. Los visitantes disfrutarán de la gran sala de estar con internet inalámbrico para todas sus aplicaciones (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Apple tv +, Disney tv). Simplemente inicie sesión y disfrute en sus dispositivos inteligentes o en nuestro televisor de 50 pulgadas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con una puerta corrediza de vidrio que se abre a una terraza privada. El segundo dormitorio es una litera muy deseada con 3 literas nuevas y un televisor inteligente ideal para niños y adolescentes. El tercer dormitorio ofrece una cama queen y un baño adjunto. Disfrute de una taza de café en la barra de desayuno que ofrece una excelente vista de la vida silvestre.

House was nice and clean. The heat didn’t seem to distribute well with the bedroom doors shut, so we left them all open… but it was fine for us. Had everything we needed. Nice to have a washer/dryer too. Shane was good with communication and making sure we had what we needed.

Great Summer Getaway

This place was perfect for 2 families with small children. Space for each family to be comfortable and tons of outdoor space for the kids to run around. It's also just a short drive to a few lakes, creeks, and easy walks to do with young ones.

The perfect cabin in the mountains.

This property is outstanding for anyone looking to spend a few days at the Okemo ski resort. This house was the perfect size for 6-8 of us, along with being very comfortable and relaxing after a long day of skiing. This house was all we could ask for and then some.

Perfect remote location in the mountains

5 friends on a Vermont road trip, we found the lodge to be perfect for our needs. Remote but still a town nearby to get supplies, a great location for motorcycle riding, A perfect stay The host and service fees are quite high, more than the actual rental cost, that is the only negative point, VRBO seems to charge top dollars to their clients who in turn have their visitors pay the bill, it's a lot for cleaning fees

Relaxing and peaceful home

We had a weekend of torrential rain in Vermont but nonetheless had a lovely time in this house - we sat by the fire in the sitting room and relaxed, reading books and watching movies. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook - it is clear that the owners are investing in this home and have made some nice improvements. The owner was incredibly responsive and allowed us to check out a little later than 11am, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy a morning of sunshine on the terrace !

Such a sweet home

It is the perfect location to all the ski mountains. We went to killington which was 30 min away and so easy to get to....the home is perfect with everything you need and them some. The fire place and plenty of wood was so amazing while watching the snowfall. Plenty of room for everyone...they had games and cards. It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. They answered all my questions the whole time we were there....sorry for that guys, lol much appreciated can't wait to come back

Great Value near Okemo

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a convenient distance from Okemo, but far enough that it still feels like a remote cabin in the woods. Our children loved playing in the yard outside the house. Everything at the house was as represented. We enjoyed the fireplace and the open floorplan on the first floor. As mentioned in some of the reviews, some elements are a bit dated, but it is clear that these have been maintained for a reason. The vintage wallpaper in the upstairs bathroom was fantastic! Overall the house had everything we needed for a pleasant family vacation.

Opening day fun!!

This place is fabulous! We stayed for the week after opening day of hunting season and loved it. This is the 2nd year we have done this with me, my husband and friends and everyone had a great time!! My husband has been staying at this particular rental for over 30 years and we will continue to for years to come. There is hunting for the hunters and local fun and tourism for everyone else. We saw covered bridges, sampled maple syrup and Vermont cheese, saw Lake Champlain and had massages, cannot beat that! The house is clean, comfortable and cozy and we cannot wait to go back again and sooner than next year. The foliage just adds to a great experience! Thank you Shane and Mickey!!

Vermont - We Do It Yearly - This Wins!

Slick! Fast, efficient. Positive despite winter storm!!!! No power. No Wi-Fi. The owner kept us up to date all the way. We ENJOYED the change. We had to think outside the box a bit to cook and clean but we stayed warm - NICE fireplace…LOADS OF WOOD included and played board games and did other funny things when we were at the house not skiing! Any problems were addressed asap. We would rent again - 5 stars. TEENAGERS - the beds were sooo comfy and we really enjoyed being forced off our phones and away from tv. We LOVED playing wii!! In the game room!

Wonderfully charming Ski Cabin, 10 min to Okemo Base

I recommend this rental cabin if you plan on a ski trip to Okemo. My family and I stayed the first week of the New Year while skiing at Okemo. We were 4 adults and 2 teens and could have comfortably brought a few more relatives along. The location is about a 10 minute drive from the Okemo base area and also from the restaurants in Ludlow. The house was comfortable and cozy and was well stocked with firewood which was important for us Florida tourists. The owners/manager checked in regularly to see if everything was alright and even left us some goodies. The house has had recent remodeling inside though is not 100% modern, some details are more vintage ski cabin which was fine with us. There were lots of thoughtful details like super warm blankets placed for relaxing in the living room. Everything was in good working order except the sauna. Hopefully that gets fixed soon as it would be wonderful after taking a couple spills on the mountain. The heat worked great, but we enjoyed supplementing with a crackling fire and a bottle of wine (Thanks!) I also highly recommend a day-trip to the town of Woodstock which is about 40 minutes away. It was a postcard-perfect New England town. We also visited the Long-Trail brew-pub on our way back to the cabin. In summary, the home was reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, close to the mountain, and I would recommend to a friend and consider first for a trip back to the Green Mountains.

Quiet but convenient

being at the end of a quiet road, it was a particularly peaceful spot, especially with a lovely yard (and firepit) surrounded by trees (a huge plus for us!). The deck was perfect for end of day relaxation. Beds super comfortable, great to have w&d at hand during vacation--kitchen pretty well stocked with pots etc. A very comfortable home, and easy access to 103 which takes you to Ludlow or Rutland within minutes

Great stay!

The property was perfect for my friends and my stay! The space was perfect for 8 people. It has a lovely cabin look and feel that made it a great comfortable place to return to after a long day of skiing. The location is great; secluded yet close to the essentials. Would definitely stay here again!
