Welcome to the perfect home base for all of your adventures in Apollo Beach! Centrally located to Tampa, St. Pete, and Sarasota, this waterfront condo is the perfect retreat for all of your adventures whether you are traveling with family, friends, your significant other, or by yourself! Manatee Viewing Center is two and a half miles away with tons of marine wildlife while the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve is only one and a half miles from home. Bahia Beach, located in Little Harbor, is only 10 miles away with great dining and sunset views. The shared BBQ area has gas grills and picnic tables for added enjoyment. A few waterfront restaurants are within walking distance.

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a cozy living space adorned with coastal-inspired decor. The open floor plan allows for seamless interaction and relaxation. Large windows throughout the home provide abundant natural light and offer stunning views of the water just steps away. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures - it boasts modern appliances and ample counter space so you can whip up the most delicious treats for everyone. When mealtime is over, stream your favorite movie or shows on the smart TV with streaming services in the living room. Outside, a private dock awaits you, where you can embark on fishing excursions, soak up the sun, or simply enjoy the gentle breeze off the water.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
All dogs must be on a leash outside at all times.
The boat slip is available for an additional $50 a day rental. Docking ability of 30 ft. You can also rent a boat at Apollo Beach Boat Rentals.
For larger family accommodations you can rent more than one unit on a first come, first serve basis.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
