Tastefully decorated, modern, and new 2022 Coleman Lantern 263BH RV. One end has the Master bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, while the queen-sized bunk beds up and down are on the other side, with the sofa bed and dining area converting into beds. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals inside.
The entire unit is air-conditioned and equipped with everything you need for your relaxing stay. Or cozy up to the indoor gas fireplace on those chilly nights or enjoy the provided games, books, and puzzles for all to enjoy.

Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located in the heart of Key Largo. Mile Marker 101.5 Oceanside. The campground is conveniently located next to the Tradewinds Shopping Center, which has Publix, a public library, a liquor store, and many more specialty shops. All are within walking distance from the campground.

Mariana:
-Boat slips available up to 25 feet with insurance
-Boat slips can be rented for $30-$45/day + Taxes on average depending on the season. For more details, please get in touch with the Office.
-Ramp- A one-time ramp fee of $29.00 will be collected.
-Boat, trailer registration, and insurance policy are required. Just to avoid any delays this information, you'll need 24 hours after booking.
-Waverunners or Jetskies- are not allowed inside the campground. You will be turned away.
- All boats entering the grounds cannot exceed the length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max.


Other things to note

Campground Rules: Key Largo Kampground provides a timely and orderly registration and check-in process for all renters and guests, the following policies and procedures must be followed.
►Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 6 guests per unit. We require the names at booking to ensure a smooth check-in on arrival. Guests will not be allowed in the Park without proper paperwork/identification.
►Check-in time is 4:00 PM. There's no check-in available after 10:30 PM.
► You will not be able to enter the campground after hours without a clicker.
► Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
► Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, can park in each lot. $15 charge by the Kampground at registration for the second car.
►The campground enforces a 10 PM Quiet Time Hours Rule.
►At check-in, the front desk will provide you with a Gate Card/clicker. They will request a $50 Deposit. Please Return the Gate Card/clicker back to the front desk the day of your check out. If they notify us that the card has not been returned, then we will be charging a $50 fee toward your deposit for the replacement of the Gate Card.**
► Renters/Guests must provide a photo ID at time of registration. The name on the ID must match the name on the registration form
► All Renters and Guests must come into the office and register with a Reservation Specialist.
► Guest must submit Rental and Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours before guest arrival. Access could be denied into the Kamprgound if form is not submitted 24hr before arrival. I require that form to be filled out within 24 hours of booking to ensure your smooth check-in process.
►24 hours prior to arrival, the guest must provide to the office via email reservations@keylargokampground.com the following details if they apply to your reservation

► Number of guests (max 6) per unit. First two are free - Additional adults – $15.00 per adult per reservation by the Kampground at registration..
► Number of vehicles (max 2) Key Largo Kampground will collect a $15.00 one-time impact fee per reservation for the second vehicle by the Kampground at registration..
► Pets will be charged $10 per pet by the Kampground at registration.
► Key Largo Kampground will collect $20 for any changes at registration. Please fill your form out correctly.

Pets:
We love furry loved ones!! Animal size is limited to 100 pounds. Two pet maximum. Please pick up your poop.
No aggressive breeds allowed. -Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane. Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute. Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff, Wolf Hybird
