Amazing views of valley and mountains completely private not looking into other properties. Completely private mountain setting and yet just 15 minutes to downtown shops from the door of this luxury mountain home . This home is all on one level and is a spacious open concept home with hot tub, fire pits, pool table, comfy beds, 1500 square-foot wraparound deck, looking out at the mountains. Gourmet kitchen with hibachi and Grill as well as warming tables, double ovens, and a gorgeous view even while cooking. We are located by hells gate canyon area plenty of fishing tours for steelhead and more as well as kayaking, and kayaking tours plenty of trails to hike, and of course, many famous vineyards close by. Being that this home is surrounded by gorgeous forest and wildlife. You will be enthralled every moment of the day and every season. They call it stargazing at its best as no city lights will be interfering with the beauty and brightness of the stars at this property on the mountain.

Note, we accept pets in the property, but we are not accepting CATS.
WE HAVE A SECURITY CAMERA AT THE DRIVEWAY ONLY.
Also for the trash we have a garbage collector every Monday morning, please have a pathway clear for the trash truck to drive through easily.

Please assure that no one go on neighboring property.

Great place for family time

Tracey the home owner was great,My family had a fantastic time, Our grandchildren loved the hot tub , I really enjoyed the Extremely large jet bath, We would definitely love to come back to this house

Very roomy and a relaxing place to stay. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor area with the propane fire pit. The sunken living room has limited seating. The two master bedrooms are very nice, it was plenty of room for our 3 couples.Nice quiet area, away from the city. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was also very communicative and made herself available for anything we needed.

Wonderful

This home was a fantastic place to come home to after our many outings and adventures around the Grants Pass area. After my 10 year old grandson did his tour of the home, he was excited and claimed that it was his “dream house”.We had fun on the deck in the evening cooking s’mores on the fire pit. One of the nights we were met by little frogs hopping on the deck. This made for fun times and excellent photo ops. And one day, on our way out, we saw a mama deer and her 2 babies.We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is private and the home is comfy and roomy. Thank you Tracey.

Large, Nice House with Great Deck

Unlike many rentals with zero charm or personality, this house outside of Grants Pass is filled with soul and is lovingly maintained. The house is all on one level and the bedrooms are located in two wings so there is privacy and it's very quiet at night. The kitchen is well stocked and there is an outdoor grill. The two bird feeders at the edge of the large deck attract all kinds of birds and it's incredibly entertaining to watch them for hours (really). The host doesn't yet have a house manual for reference but just ask and she'll share her favorite places in Grants Pass, like Taroko Asian Tapas Bar (do not be deceived by the nondescript exterior and interior; the food is delicious!) and the Lavender Lemon Drop martinis at the Bohemian.
