The property is a newly renovated mountain home located on 3 private acres. It is secluded, quiet, and just minutes from Bryce Resort and Lake Laura.

- Primary Suite: Private two-room suite with skylights, a seating room, upper balcony access, a memory foam king bed, gas fireplace, windows overlooking the mountain, and a completely renovated bathroom with a new walk-in shower.

- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized custom-built bed, shutters, blackout curtains, and closet.

- Third Bedroom: Bunkbed with twin upper and full lower, shutters, beanbag chair, mirror, and closet.

- Second Bathroom: Hallway bathroom with full tub, located across from the second and third bedrooms.

★OUTDOOR LIVING★
Absolutely breathtaking upper balcony with million-dollar views of the mountains and enough seating for the family to share drinks or a meal together. The lower balcony shares the same view with covered bar-height seating.

★ GENERAL AMENITIES★
This chalet has upgrades throughout. Linens and towels are available for every room, free Wi-Fi, Roku-equipped TVs, air conditioning, central heat, gas fireplace, wood-burning stove, and a full-size washer and dryer.

★FAMILY AND PET FRIENDLY★
- Family: The chalet is equipped with a Pack n’ Play (sheet not included), a highchair, kids utensil set, and tons of fun games on the lower level.

- Pets: Dog bowls are in the living room. There is a $50 pet fee per stay.

★PARKING★
The upper driveway can easily accommodate several vehicles. If using the lower driveway, please mind the conditions and drive down the slope carefully.

THIS CHALET IS LOCATED IN THE MOUNTAINS:
- Cell service may be spotty
- Roads may be twisty and dark at night, so please drive carefully (we have lights and a sign out front that is visible from the road)
- As this is the mountain wilderness, you will likely see wild animals including bears, deer, foxes, birds, mice, or bugs. We maintain the property with regular pest control and professional cleaners (including bug removal), but due to the surroundings, insects can find their way inside from time to time. Please keep this in mind if booking during the warmer season before the temperature drops.
