The vacation rental home features a newer sunny deck with built in benches, secluded setting (end of cul-de-sac and the home backs up to forest), brand new kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms. There is a badminton court and horseshoes in the summer and a great snow play area for kids in the winter. The upstairs bedroom is great for kids with two bunk sets, twin bed, and a TV with DVD. The dog friendly beach, Watermans Landing, is located about 1 mile away, great hiking and biking trails from the cabin including the Tahoe Rim Trail.
