Beautiful, super-clean apartment with comfortable living space and great balcony for sitting and dining. The apartment had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Apartment located in residential neighborhood and just a 10 to 15 minute drive to main sites. I highly recommend it!

The unit is lovely and the view is spectacular! It has everything you could need. Plus, no crazy checkout requirements - just pack and go! Love it! We would definitely stay here again.

Home feeling

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time—we would definitely come back.

Loved our stay here and the PM was great!

Clean, beautiful patio views, close to SeaWorld + Zoo and bay/beaches. Neb was a wonderful responsive host. Definitely would come back.

Beautiful place with amazing view!

Perfect for families with small kids. Very well located with proximity to the Sea world and Zoo. You can literally see Sea World fireworks from the patio. Very clean and well maintained! We loved our stay here.

Beautiful and comfortable home. We visited our student at USD (very close) and this top floor flat (2 bed/2 bath) was perfect for our stay. The space is very nice, very clean. Comfortable furnishings, newly renovated, beautiful bathrooms (everything really). Plenty of space for everyone. Parking in front of unit, nice view of Mission Bay/beach/sunset from wrap-around windows and balcony. We highly recommend and would (and will) stay here again. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home. Wonderful experience.

Such a great place! Very clean, modern, nice decor, lots of natural light, and full of thoughtful amenities. The patio was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset, city lights, and the nightly Sea World fireworks were an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed walking over to Mission Bay Shore and Resort and the Tecolate Canyon Trail, but for those who would rather drive, it is a quick ride from all downtown San Diego attractions and the airport. It was also very quiet at night and located in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic stay. Neb, the host, was extremely communicative and quick to answer any questions we had. The property itself is beautiful and very well set up. I loved all of the windows and the ability to open them and allow for a natural breeze to flow through the entire place. I also really liked the patio area a lot. The location is hard to beat as it puts you right in the center of a lot of different attractions like the Fashion Valley Mall. 10/10 would stay here again the next time we vacation to San Diego.

My child is nearby at USD and I wanted to do her laundry and have her come over to watch a movie. The washer dryer was big and clean and the kitchen was well stocked and that’s really all I needed.

Great House

My family of 6 stayed here for a quick weekend trip. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had and offered to have extra beds which we took him up on.The house was clean and in great condition. It was unclear to me in the original listing, but you only have access to the second floor. There is a separate/private entrance and we had access to the driveway. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

Terrific property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this terrific property! It looks great in the listing, but it really is better in person. All of the finishes are new and upgraded, and the owners have done a very nice job of making a clean, contemporary vacation rental property. Really well done. It's large enough to accommodate our family of 6 very comfortably, and we never felt confined. It's a great unit. The location is also a really big plus. Close to the beaches, Old Town, and other attractions, and it's really easy to get on/off the freeways. We would definitely stay again.

Above and beyond

You could basically show up here with nothing but your clothes and be set. That is how well appointed this property is. We stay all over the country for work and have never stayed somewhere with such great amenities and thoughtful touches.From the fully equipped kitchen, to the closet full of bonus amenities, this one has it all. A far cry from the "starter set of supplies" and miles long check out list. Topped off by great design and comfort - this really sets the bar high for other VRBO rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to the airport without "oh we're staying by the airport" and a nice hop to many local and nearby attractions.The host was incredibly communicative and kind and we'll be back again next time we are in town! Thank you for making our work trip feel like a nice break!

We had an amazing time at FOREVERVIEW. The home has its own doorway and entryway and is on the second floor. The kitchen has everything in it you would expect and more. I appreciated having K-cups for the Keurig and Salt and Pepper. The refrigerator does a great job of making ice and there is a Brita water pitcher you can use as well for water although the tap water tastes fine. There's a washer/dryer in a closet as well as a stick Dyson vacuum which I appreciated having to clean up every so often. The bathrooms have plenty of towels and also have soap and shampoo/conditioner, which was really nice because I didn't have to buy any. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked very well. The balcony was amazing. we were surprised we saw the fireworks from Sea World! It felt like we had our own fireworks show! My family of 4 stayed here for 6 nights while moving my daughter into college and we were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
