Beautiful beachfront condo w/ amazing views, garden tub & resort pools/hot tubs!
This beachfront penthouse at the Celadon Beach Resort has all you need for a truly memorable getaway! After a day in the Florida sun, you can relax in the oversized garden tub or enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf from the large, wraparound balcony. This spacious condominium features plenty of natural light and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have access to two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center and a tennis court.
Celadon will be loved by those who want to be in close proximity to PCB's best attractions and restaurants yet just enough apart to avoid most of the noise and traffic. The condo is also located on the top floor (so no noisy upstairs neighbors) and at the end of the building so being inside the unit is much quieter than you'll find with most PCB locations. The condo is very open and tastefully decorated throughout. It's the perfect place to relax and appreciate beautiful gulf views when you're not hitting the beach or enjoying some of PCB's many wonderful places to visit.
Some highlights of 2301 Celadon are:
• 3 large bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom
• The master suite includes a large, walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom with a double vanity, large garden tub and shower with built-in bench
• Huge wraparound balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the gulf
• An open kitchen with granite counters and convenient seating at the bar
• A large living area with a double sliding door and plenty of windows to enjoy views of the water
• A separate laundry room with washer and dryer. No need to over pack for those longer vacations!
A few features of the resort grounds:
• Long stretch of white sand beach with very open and easy access
• 2 pools; one unheated beachside and one heated, indoor/outdoor located near the garage
• 2 hot tubs; one beachside and one located near the garage
• Outdoor showers near the pools and beach boardwalk
• Fitness center with treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, weight machines and televisions

Welcome to our site, we are so glad you came to visit! Rusty and I (April) met in 2019 and currently reside in Louisville, KY. Together we have four boys, a daughter-in-law and a chinchilla named Chewy. We love pretty much all things outdoors; kayaking, paddleboarding, disc golf, tennis, golf, but equally enjoy spending time indoors doing things like watching movies and playing video games or card games with the kids. I am an avid runner, I have ran in a few half-marathons and would love to one day complete a full, I love to paint in my spare time and am currently learning to play the violin. We love sports and enjoy going to games whenever possible. Rusty is a UK fan, while I am a KU and UL fan, during football season we cheer for the 49ers and Rusty is a Cubs fan, we also make it to watch our local soccer team, Lou City, as much as possible.
I first fell in love with Panama City Beach when I came here over spring break with my family when I was 14. Since then I have been bringing my two sons regularly for summer vacation. Over the last four years, Rusty and I have stayed in several different locations along Front Beach Rd, but in 2022, when we visited for his birthday, we fell in love with Celadon. We actually stayed in unit 2301, the very unit we own today, and loved it so much that it inspired us to pursue our dream of owning a PCB condo. When the unit went on the market in August 2023, we knew we had to make this dream a reality.
Rusty and I look forward to not only owning a small piece of one of our favorite places, but also sharing it with others and providing them with the same great experience we had. In our condo we have taken the time to provide little touches that we hope will help make your stay with us incredibly memorable. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We love the West end of the beach because it is still close enough to all the fun that Panama City Beach has to offer, but is far enough away that it is quiet.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Since our condo is on the top floor and on the corner, there are no above neighbors and only one adjoining unit. This makes the unit very quiet, with little to no traffic outside our front door.
