This home is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, quiet retreat proximate to modern convenience. 15/20 mins to downtown Austin
-2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed the other has a pullout sofa bed. Both are decorated nicely and have clothing space.
The bathroom has a full size bathtub and has just been reglazed
Kitchen comes with all things to make a full meal.
*Some kitchen cabinets are locked as they are private. Living room has a 60” smart tv with all of the apps installed
Bluetooth stereo speaker, Record player with vinyl, books, games etc
Coffee maker with complimentary coffee & tea for our guests in the mornings
Our house is on a private dead end street so lots of peacefulness and beautiful walking trails right outside of the door
-Jacuzzi is a soft tub outside and requires an extra fee for heating and cleaning. Plz message us at least 3-4 days prior if you’d like us to set that up
*we offer early check in and late check out (if available) for an extra fee plz inquire prior
*We have lake access within a 5 minute walking distance with a private HOA swim dock and tennis court.

* Please read all rules before booking as these are very important and cannot be changed at all No refunds are accepted and you must verbally state that you agree in the messages. Rules: -no animals of any kind are allowed including service animals
-no smoking of any kind is allowed
-no parties or social gatherings with more than 4 people are allowed at all times
-main person booking must be over the age of 25 years of age

*there is a security camera outside only that records and monitors 24 hrs a day for security purposes. If any of these rules are broken you will be asked to vacate the home Asap and will not receive a refund *You will be the only ones staying at the house of course , we do lock a few closets and some of the cabinets as we live here part time as it’s not for use.
