Our 1400 sqft 3br 2 bath home, built in '21 offers massive ocean views and all amenities to act as your 'home away from home'.
You'll be located in the South of the island, within range of South Point, Na’alehu, and Volcanos National Park, and unique Hawaiian beaches: pebble, black sand and green sand.
Kona is 1.5 hours and Hilo is 1.75 hours away.

We love the extremely quiet and peaceful area the home is in. From our front porch you have infinite views on a clear day...looking at South Point and out to the ocean beyond.
The neighborhood is on agricultural land, and is somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are no street lights, and the roads can be bumpy (it's located on a volcano).
Situated at 3600' elevation (in the clouds), in the largest subdivision in the world on the slopes of the largest Volcano (Mauna Loa) in the world!
Located 1.25 hours from Kona and 1.75 hours from Hilo Hawaii.
There are no sidewalks or streetlights, and given the elevation it is not recommended to stray too far from the home on foot.
