The listing is accurate in that this condo is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, which is amazing. No need to worry about parking! As stated in the listing, it's extremely close to the airport, boardwalk and countless restaurants and beach shops. Anyone staying here should check out Mr. Fry's, right around the corner - doesn't look like much from the outside, but we had one of our best meals there (pizza and mozzarella sticks)!We rated this a 4-star for one main reason, which is very important to know before you book. There are many rules to use the pool - 2 big signs of rules. If you plan to use the pool at all, YOU NEED TO KNOW: no music, no alcohol, no balls for kids to throw, no noodles - and while it is a beautiful little set up with palm trees on one side, the pool is very small. There were a couple people in the shallow end and it was too crowded, so we stayed in the deep end. The rules are enforced immediately, so don't think you can get around them. We did not notice the second sign of rules, and within a few minutes of my kids playing catch in the pool with a ball we were told to stop by an employee. I could see this being a huge let down for visitors that plan to spend time at the pool.

Wonderful!Clean, comfortable, perfect size for our family of 4. Easy walk to the beach but the pool as great too. We loved the close proximity to the boardwalk for the shopping and dining.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The building is older but it is really well maintained. The entrance has beautiful flowers, the elevators work smoothly, and the pool is a good size with a shallow and deep end. The owners have done a great job updating the unit. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are especially nice. The condo has a good layout with plenty of space. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it all - bath linens, kitchen supplies, pool towels, beach chairs and toys. The balcony is also really nice. It is in the shade most of the day and has a nice view of the ocean. The condo was very clean. Despite being there a busy holiday week, it was quiet and we did not have any trouble with parking, pool chairs, etc. The host quickly responded to messages and was happy to answer any questions I had.

Great Place!

Loved this 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Everything we needed and more! Great location. About 1 mile from the boardwalk. 1 short block to the beach. There were beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Communication was wonderful! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying here. It met our needs perfectly. It's a nice, comfortable condo with a good view and location. It had all of the things we needed for a week long stay. We were close to the beach and an elevator ride away from taking a swim. I personally loved the pool area and the bbq setup. The host(Harshi) was friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more.

Clean property

I really wanted to give this property a five star rating because upon arrival everything was nice and clean just as the listing portrayed. However, I ended up giving a three star because it took the hot water entirely to long to actually get hot. At first I thought there may have been an issue so I contacted the property manager and someone was sent out to check the hot water. The guy told me that in those type buildings it takes longer to get hot water. He ran the water for a few minutes and it got luke warm. He informed me to let the water run at least 15 minutes before taking a shower but it ended up being more like 25-30 minutes before the water actually got hot and that's a bit long for me to have to wait on hot water and therewasfour of us stayingontheproperty. The kitchen water got hot almost immediately though. My next issue was the temperature. We arrived around midnight the day of arrival and the temperature in the house was 73 by morning it was 75 with the thermostat being set at 70. We gone majority of the day so I figured by the time we got back that night the house would be cooler but it wasn't. So I contacted the property manager via message and explained the temperature concern and asked if we could lower the thermostat since there was a rule that said not to lower the thermostat below 70. I was told yes so I lowered the temperature to 68, 64, and finally to the lowest setting it would allow which was 62. I messaged the property owner again letting them know t

Competition Ready!

We stayed for a cheer competition and it was a great experience. The location was just perfect. Alright near the beach and a quick drive to the convention center. The girls enjoyed laying on the beach and ice cream during our weekend stay.

Baseball trip

Nice ocean view from the balcony. The walk to the beach was easy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Everything was clean. Property has a pool, but we didn’t have the weather to use it. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Would rent from them again.

Myrtle Beach

We were happy with the location just two blocks from the beach. The boardwalk is just a block away. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. The host was responsive to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a location we would stay at again.

Had a wonderful time last week! Clean, great location, and the owners were very responsive, though we didn’t need much assistance (mostly just the check in and check out info). Would definitely like to come back!

A wonderful vacation!

The space was wonderful and so conveniently located. The kitchen was fully loaded with cooking items which was a wonderful surprise. Our kids all enjoyed their room, as did we. Most of our stay was over week days, so everything was relatively quiet. The weekend was much nosier, but bringing a noise machine blended out the sounds of neighbors. This condo is in the PERFECT location to walk to a ton of great family places, including the beach! Very, very happy with our stay and the responsiveness of the owners. We will be back!

Excellent Stay

I travel very often and this was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable and felt like we were at "home". Walking distance to the the Beach was a major plus with beach chairs, umbrellas and a small cooler provided. Although we had absolutely NO issues, Harshi was very responsive in answering our basic questions. We celebrated my cousins 50th Bday and Harshi made it very special. Highly recommended this condo. Thank you again Harshi!
