Casa adosada luminosa, soleada, espaciosa y limpia en una excelente ubicación en la isla Anna Maria, a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa del océano, restaurantes y tiendas.
Tendrás todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de tu estancia en la casa. Un montón de toallas, ropa de cama, toallas de playa, sillas, sombrillas, utensilios de cocina, etc.
Nueva cocina y barra de desayuno con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. ¡Pisos de mosaico en toda la manguera, sin alfombras!
La planta baja cuenta con cocina adicional, baño completo y una amplia sala de estar con un sofá cama para invitados adicionales. El segundo piso tiene dos habitaciones grandes con camas queen y baño completo, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora y balcón.
Contamos con aire acondicionado central y calefacción, Wi-fi, TV por cable, Netflix y Amazon Prime.
Mucho espacio de estacionamiento! ¡La cochera y un camino de entrada largo pueden acomodar al menos 3 autos!
Patio privado con patio, parrilla de carbón, mesa, sillas y sombrilla.
¡No necesitas un automóvil para moverte por Anna Maria Island! Un tranvía gratuito se detiene a la vuelta de la esquina y lo llevará a explorar la isla, incluido el muelle de pesca, donde puede pescar o simplemente disfrutar observando delfines, manatíes, aves y muchas otras especies.

We had a great time at the beach with family visiting from the area. It was spacious and comfortable with everything needed for a totally enjoyable stay at the beach.

Wonderful vacation!

It was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we had a wonderful time. The condo was very close to the beach and we loved the location. It was very clean bright and had everything we needed.

Amazing Location!

Location is everything with this property. Easy walk to beach, shops, groceries, etc. house was stocked with a ton of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. parking at property is easy and neighborhood is very quiet! Perfect winter getaway. We will be back for sure.

Perfect location

The location is perfect for an Anna Maria Stay. You can get to so much on foot or the trolley. You are a couple of minutes from the public beach and cafe, the trolley that goes the length of the island, and a plaza for shopping and dining. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I highly recommend this condo for a lovely island vacation.

Location is everything!

This townhome end unit is in the perfect location to access all the fun on AMI. You can walk to Publix! Just a 5-minute walk to popular Holmes Beach.

Really nice place and convenient

This place checks all the boxes. Big, clean, parking and close to stores and restaurants. The check in process was easy and painless. The description was accurate. The beach is a super short walk away and the free trolley almost right outside the door. The owners communicated very well with lots of helpful information.

Great condo near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Bedrooms on opposite ends, 1 full bathroom on each floor, large TV room downstairs, full-size W/D, front balcony with chairs, back patio w/gas grill and umbrella table. Short walk to the beach and Publix and CVS conveniently located across the street. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked. Owners very responsive.

Great Location!

Location of unit is great and check-in and check-out process was streamlined and hassle-free. Oksana was super responsive and gave us all information ahead of time. Stayed with my husband and 13yo daughter for a quick trip for her soccer tournament at IMG and we decided to stay on Anna Maria so we could enjoy the island when we weren't at the soccer fields. Best decision. Loved being able to do laundry and had plenty of space for the three of us.

Perfect for the price and location

This place was perfectly located by the grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and beach.Very affordable. Owner reached out a couple of times to check in. Appliances work. Knives aren't the best but we made them work.There is no family room if you use the downstairs space for sleeping space. The place has beach supplies: chairs, tents, kids toys. We left a nice soft cooler we bought from Publix. It holds a decent amount of things with ice.Overall it was a good experience.

Great location, comfy home!

The is 5 mins waking (2 blocked using side alley) distance but I revoke you take the car if you don't want to carry the chair, umbrella there is a free fairly big parking lot on the beach. The house has everything you need including a bbq in the back patio. It's very centrally located, there is a publix next to the CVS across the street. I went to the one off the island not knowing that one was there. There is a lot to do, see and plenty of beached to try out along the island. Thank you Oksana! We'll be back next year.

Great property close to beach!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our son and dog. We timed the walk to the beach - only about three minutes without having to wait at one crosswalk right next to the beach parking lot. Proximity to the beach is great! The condo is on a quiet road but close to the main road coming into the island, so right as you get onto the island, you are there (which is nice, not having to sit in island traffic!). Right across from Publix and a pharmacy and other shops. You might not need a car once you arrive. We went to some baseball games around Sarasota area, so we commuted on and off the island, but the condo was a perfect place to call home for a few days. Lots of space for three people and loved having two bathrooms. Thanks for the stay!

Fantastic location

Great location - walking distance to Holmes Beach but still quiet. The place was roomier than expected, it was very comfortable for 2 couples. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and laundry on site. Also loved the outdoor space just off the patio. It was quiet, shady and the furniture provided was great for evenings outdoors.

Outstanding location

Hosts were great about communicating and access was easy. This property was so close to Holmes Beach we could easily walk to the beach and go back to the house if needed. It had everything that my family needed and was so close to CVS and Publix that I could walk there for anything needed. We had a great vacation full of family memories.

Anna Maria Island

Everything was prefect and was as stated in the VRBO description. Close proximity to the beach ,(4 min walk) pharmacy, Publix super market and restaurants. Quite neighborhood inspite of being just off the Main Street. We were able to walk our dog multiple times a day in the back streets and in the church yard without being worried about the traffic. Oksana was very good with communication. She responded to the questions promptly and was very accommodating with request for late checkout due to my son’s zoom meetings. On the whole it very pleasant stay at the condo and at AMI . If we do come back again to AMI this would be the place we would stay again!

Gem within short walk to beach.

Location so convenient. Townhouse is well planned with tile floors on both levels. Spotlessly clean, granite counters, up to date kitchen and the mattresses are top class. Looking forward to returning. We love Holmes Beach and this townhouse is convenient to the restaurants and beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Summer vacation with family

I highly recommend this property. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. It was a short walk to the beach which was great as we had smaller children that needed to nap. We were able to take turns staying with the kids and going to the beach. My daughter stayed in another house in Bradenton so this made it easy for beach days with the kids. Publix and drugstores were also close by and you can easily walk or drive to them. Also a great ice cream place is a quick 2 minute drive. With small children it was great having everything close by. The teenagers also enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach by themselves and since it was all sidewalk I didn’t have to worry about them crossing any busy roads. It was an awesome week with family and we would definitely stay here again.
