This tiny home is super cute. The hostess was thoughtful in her comfort touches and listing local interest. She was very responsive to questions and needs. I would highly recommend this rental for your stay in Hattiesburg.

Host was very responsive. Really quaint decor and they maximized the small space. Previous renters must have been smokers because we smelled smoke immediately. A little refresh and updates would make it top notch!

This was a nice little place with a comfortable bed that had the essentials for my week visiting family in Hattiesburg. It was only a few minutes away from shopping I needed. Amber was great about communicating any changes to the listing, and she was even planting flowers that week!

COZY COTTAGE COMFORTWe loved trying a tiny house. We are a retired couple and it took me back.to my first apartment. Kind of a boho mix decor. Some retro with a little record player with great vinyl albums. Cute art work. They even put up Christmas decor with a tiny tree. There was a stacked washer dryer; wish I had that in my third floor walk up in the 70s.There is a roomy shower. Brought our own toiletries but there was shampoo, soap, etc under the vanity. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you need.The kitty food and bowls were welcoming, but we brought our own. Nice touch.My favorite touch was the tiny Christmas tree in the tiny house. Wish we had time to utilize the outdoor area. It even had a fire pit with chairs if it hadnt been raining.Best of all, our host was great. We needed to change dates at the last minute and she helped us with the arrangements. We forgot a few items and she contacted us before we even arrived back home. Very good communicator. Our visit was absolutely great.

Cute and Cozy

Very cute little place in the perfect neighborhood! Manager was very accommodating and easy to communicate. Only issue was the hot water would not stay hot any longer than about 5-10 minutes. Overall a great place and would definitely rent it again!

Our host is excellent-thoughtful, and kind. We had all the privacy you could ever ask for, and the neighborhood is very, very nice. The Tiny House is comfortable and well appointed. I personally liked putting “Ella Fitzgerald in Rome” on the little phonograph. That was fun, being from the LP generation. We brought our sweet old dog and even she felt right at home. Sugar liked the special litte fenced area, where the fire pit is under the string of Edison lights at the side of the building. The whole arrangement was cheery. We had warm weather and we took advantage of the front porch, both day and evening. Sugar soaked up sun on that porch and fell asleep at our feet. It was really memorable. I have to say…the water pressure in the bathroom made for an awesome relaxing shower. Little things mean a lot. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and we did make several meals and found everything necessary to do so. I think whomever has read this review this far needs to go ahead and book the Tiny House Oasis. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Amber.

Great little home

We came for the weekend to go to a graduation at Camp Shelby and the stay was all I thought it would be. Amber was very responsive when I texted her and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Definitely would recommend her tiny home if you need to stay in Hattiesburg.

Quiet area if you appreciate nature and walking

Quiet semi-rural neighborhood also practically on secluded paved bike trail. Everything you need and lots of little extras like coffee pods and tea bags, small fenced yard, front porch with chairs. Clean and well decorated. Very convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean

We had no issues with Amber at all. Checkin and out was extremely easy. Communication was easy and pretty quick. The rental was very convenient to everything in Hattiesburg. It was very clean and organized. 10 out 10 recommend this for staying again and to anyone that wants something small and cheaper than a hotel. It is a great stay for a couple and maybe 2 kids.

Beautiful little house

The place was clean and fabulous. Attention to detail made it a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood is very nice and it is close to everything in Hattiesburg. Would highly recommend this place.

AWESOME LITTLE TINY HOUSE!

amazing little tiny house, nice and bright, clean has a small side yards that was great for my dogs, washer/dryer combo. dishwasher, fridge, everything you need to be comfortable. cute little front porch, Amber the host was very friendly and nice, one of the neighbors brought hot blueberry muffins to share with us. Wish we could have stayed longer, plan on staying there again someday.

Hattiesburg short stay

Everything was perfect for us. The tiny house was equipped with washer/dryer, full sized fridge/ice maker, and dishwasher. The front porch was perfect for having coffee or a glass of wine, fenced back yard, included a fire pit, making it another great spot to hang with your pet and relax. The cottage is convenient to everything, shopping, healthcare, restaurants and down town. For the TV fan, two large TVs are in house. I highly recommend this place for business, healthcare, to see a child at the college or anything else.

Very cozy, just right sized tiny house hosted by a most gracious and excellent property manager!

As there are no previous reviews, I’ll attempt to provide a comprehensive look at the property’s pros & cons. 2 night stay. I needed a spot west of HB close to mtg. locations. With traffic / lights (OMG the lights) a backroad option to town & locations to the west helped drive time both ways. Kitchen is well provisioned to cook, but I didn’t have time & only used microwave & full size fridge. Fall / Halloween & other decorative touches made it feel homey. I’ve stayed in other tiny homes with location as the primary factor and this one from a functionality standpoint is outstanding. Privacy was somewhat of a concern staying on the host’s property, but I never actually saw Amber or family as I arrived very late & left early each day. The hedges & fence setup take care of this. Although Jackson is a busier road, noise wasn’t a problem & the neighborhood was quiet & seemed safe during my stay. Rental car in driveway. A power pole in the yard also lights driveway & home access. (Yes I did check area crime stat maps deciding on this location). House may suit +1 companion, but I would’ve found the space cramped with more. Washer & dryer combo are small so plan to run multiple loads daily. I’m larger (tall and wide) so shower is workable, but not spacious. Host is very responsive & helpful. As in more helpful than any STR host I’ve stayed with over the last 5 years. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.
