Spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with inviting sofas, a smart TV with FireTV and cable, and a gas fireplace - it's the perfect spot to lounge after a refreshing time in the community outdoor pool. When mealtime comes, prepare delicious homemade treats and beach snacks on the go in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including two coffee makers (Keurig and drip). Savor the sights from your own south-facing wrap-around balcony with views of both the ocean and the bay. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, an outdoor shower in the pool area, and a foot shower in the courtyard by the elevator.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
