Gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean await at Polynesian 503, a one-bedroom, beachfront condo that sits directly on the boardwalk in Ocean City. It's a spectacular scene that you can take in from the oceanfront living room and the shaded, private balcony just outside.

This condo was beautifully remodeled in 2017 with new stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and a new HVAC system. In 2020, a new 40-inch flatscreen TV and two new luxury mattresses for the full beds were added as well. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a second flatscreen TV in the bedroom.

The Polynesian is an oceanfront building located right on the boardwalk between 3rd and 4th Streets. In the surrounding blocks, you'll find all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment, from Ripley's Believe It or Not! to Trimper Rides of Ocean City.

Things to know
During the off-season (September 20 through March 31), this condo has basic cable only (four channels)
No smoking and no pets allowed
*This retreat has been upgraded with new memory foam mattresses, which have been added to the sofa/pull-out beds.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
