Este 2 dormitorios, 2 baño, condominio directo a la pista-in es la mejor experiencia de alquiler de vacaciones Mammoth. Un hermoso condominio de 5 estrellas, decorado con gran fotografía local, también cuenta con un amplio y cómodo sofá seccional, TV de pantalla plana grande, acogedora chimenea de gas, y un comedor con capacidad para un máximo de 6. Nueva alfombra instalada a lo largo de toda unidad de marzo de 2013!

El dormitorio principal bien equipadas con una cama matrimonial y TV, baño principal y un montón de espacio de almacenamiento. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama matrimonial y TV y baño independiente.

Los dos amplios cuartos de baño y las encimeras de granito y función pisos de baldosas de cocina completa - mejoras en todas partes! La cocina completa tiene todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades para una comida casera. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice but, It had a funky smell inside the complex, even with doors open still not enough air to circulate. The bed's almost were like sleeping on flintstones rock. other than that it was a place to sleep shower and eat and get out of the weather. The dining room chairs need some help, had to use cushions from couch from sinking to wood frams.

Great place!

We loved the place. The location was perfect. We could all ski out easily and my sons were able to enjoy the hot tub after. The place is excellent location, clean, easy to locate, underground parking. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location with most of what we needed

The condo has a nice, central location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and hiking. It's also right next to the ski lift for winter activities. However, we had some noisy neighbors and our sleep was a bit disrupted on two of the nights.

The ski in ski out access to Eagle Lodge Chair Lifts was incredibly convenient and made our skiing experience hassle-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to others.

Mammoth 2025

We had a nice time at Mammoth again.The condo is pretty standard. Nothing fancy. But certainly adequate and the convenience to the hill is amazing. We stay at Sunstone just about every time we go to Mammoth because it is just so easy on the hill and ski in/ski out. Its just so easy especially for a family with kids. Suggestions...New beds. The beds are not great.And more pots/pans/kitchen supplies are weak. We eat in every meal, so the lack of kitchen things made us rethink how we will prepared next time we visit Mammoth. For the price per night, I would expect more in these areas. But we had a great time and will return to Sunstone most likely.Again, the ease of ski in and ski out with a family is hard to pass up.

Return Mammoth condo trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and over all great condo. This was our second time staying at this same condo. There were a few housekeeping and management things to bring up. The heat lamp in the hall bathroom was burnt out, the sink in the master bath was extremely slow draining, clogged and the overall cleanliness could be improved. The tile is stained with dirt just under the counters and between the refrigerator and the counter. There was only one kitchen towel, there was no small egg pan, only one giant pot / pan. I am only writing this because we love this place and just want to see it maintained to the best and taken care of like we would take care of our own home / condo.

Standard Low Rent Ski Condo

While the location is great (Eagle Lodge), the room itself was below par. No cutting board in the kitchen, scraped up teflon pans that should have been trashed 20 years ago. Flea market silverware, plates and glasses. Filthy stained carpet. Broken lamps. Fireplace? Rather gas heater with 2 in blue flames in shape of fireplace. Beds were 10 years past replacement. Linens (check the blood stains on the pillow...) Pool and hot tub were great. Just don't expect a luxury or even nice condo.

Stick eating our pizza dinner in the hallway for 2 hours til we could get in. Nobody answers the phone unless your emergency happens 8-4 M-F. Day3, the hot water went out and took all day to fix. They said they’d call when it was working , but they didn’t. Will be looking for other options next year.

Reviewer Comments: Sunstone 114 is a 2 Br unit conveniently located on the first floor in Sunstone near the parking garage, ski lockers and hot tub/pool area. The unit itself is a bit worn down, with the dining chairs lacking cushioning, very limited silverware and dishes and not very comfortable mattresses. There was not a blanket for the bed, only a comforter.The heating controls were vague and we were either too hot or cold and we ended up just turning the heating off at night. We were there for the location, but I would not choose this property in the future. Given how much this unit costs per night, some of the money should go back into the care and upkeep.

The bedrooms were inviting the only thing here is a wish they offered a few extra blankets. One of the highlights of our stay was the easy access to the slopes. Being able to ski directly from the condo to the lifts made our days on the mountain seamless and hassle-free. Clean, quite, beautiful location

This is the second year my wife and I have stayed at this condo in a row. We come to Mammoth every year for a family reunion and we’ve been staying at this place with my mother-in-law. It has everything you’d need. It’s clean and well equipped. A bonus for those looking to stay the location in the winter is it’s located within walking distance of a ski lift. The gas fireplace is convenient and easy to use. It is controlled by remote and you can set the room temperature you would like it turn on. It heats the main room well. The two bedrooms have their own heaters. My mother-in-law is elderly and has mobility issues. This room was perfect for her. It wasn’t too far away from the parking garage and she didn’t have any trouble getting around the room or using the bathroom. She complains about most places she stays, it she never complains about this place. The place offers complimentary use of the local gym. I an avid weight lifter so I started my mornings with a lift at the gym. All I need was to give them the room number of the condo I was staying in. The only thing I would change about the location is some of the electrical outlets in the main room of the condo need to be replaced. I tried to plug in the vacuum to clean up before I checked out and the plug would fall out of the outlet (I tried several outlets). All in all I would suggest this listing for anyone looking for a comfortable place in Mammoth to stay.

Comfortable and Clean

I loved this condo. The check in process was quick and simple. All of our check in documentation was ready for us with contactless pick up at the Mammoth reservations office. The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices. The kitchen was fully stocked and convenient to use. There wasn’t much of a view from the room (although we did see a deer outside the room), but there is an amazing view from the hearth room. The hearth room was surprisingly comfortable. My wife spent a couple of nights lounging in the hearth room while my nieces used the hot tub outside. The complimentary access to the nearby gym was great. The gym was surprisingly well equipped. No A/C (we stayed in the summer) but leaving the windows open was enough to keep us comfortable. The room is handicapped accessible which was good for us because my mother-in-law stayed with us and she has mobility issues. The only knock with the room is the lock to the patio was kind of confusing to use. I was never too sure if I successfully engaged the lock correctly. I would definitely love to stay here in the future!

Very Convenient

Great location, very clean, nice being on first floor. One suggestion: please supply more dishes. We had to wash them after every meal because there were not enough for 2 meals. Also, thermostat was vague and hard to regulate temp. Beds very comfortable. Overall, fantastic place.

Perfectly good Sunstone unit at a discount

Sunstone is a great place to stay because it’s ski in ski out ie there’s no walking uphill. Being on the first floor was a plus for us because you do not need to take the elevator to get to the ski lockers, ski slopes, pool and Jacuzzi. When it comes to staying at Sunstone or Juniper Springs Lodge all the places are basically the same except for two distinguishing features: What kind of couch do they have and what kind of TV do they have. This unit has a large L-shaped comfortable couch with lots of blankets and pillows. The TV in the main area swivels so you can watch it while eating at the table or on the couch. It has Netflix Amazon and other stuff for free. For some people that may be irrelevant but part of my family doesn’t like to ski so they just watch movies all day. The TV in the Master Bedroom does not work but this place is about 200 bucks less than other comparable Units. For us it didn’t really matter. Kitchen has the usual items (Oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, plates and silverware) although the pots and pans are not nonstick so they are a pain to clean. We have been to other places in Juniper and Sunstone that are less comfortable. If you are in the market for a two bedroom condo near Eagle Lodge this is a good choice.

Great location

Out back it is 60 seconds from skis-on to being on the lift. And skis-on is right outside the ski locker and gate by the pool. Couldn’t be better. Did several days skiing a couple morning hours, then a couple hours to lift closing, leaving the crowds to others. The spa is large, nice and hot, and the pool is about 82. Indoor parking right by yhe central elevator. It was a great ski week.

super convenient ski-in/ski-out property

Nothing beats this location for convenience and proximity to Mammoth mountain. The ski lockers make everything super easy, and you can literally walk out the door, put on your skis or snowboard and ski down the mountain to the lift. We ended up skiing back for lunch every day, which was great. It’s also 6 min from town, so very easy to grab supplies or food. I loved being on the first floor, with easy access to the lockers, laundry and jacuzzi. The website photos were accurate. I liked that the condo had two king beds and not just twin or bunk beds in the second bedroom. There are very few supplies (only salt, pepper, and a few spices, 4 dinner plates, 4 glasses, 2 pots, etc), so I would highly recommend bringing anything you think you might need for cooking. My only complaint would be the WiFi, which was truly terrible. It is not secure and shared with the entire building. It was not strong enough to stream a movie, send videos, or download a book for the drive, but was adequate to check email. All in all, it was a perfect spot, and we will definitely be back.

The "Late/Great" Fire Alarm Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for the "Sunstone" alarm system going off at 3 am the 2nd night (4x for total of nearly 30 minutes), the stay was great! Got to meet all of the guests in the halls, lobby and parking structure. Staff did a great job clearing snow after major snow event, once the snowplows made it and allowed staff to get there. Still my favorite place to stay in Mammoth as long as Eagle Lodge is open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rooms and layout is nice. It is ski in and ski out which is awesome but OVER priced. Very limited kitchen supplies and horrible wifi brandwidth. I think they should discount the room %25 per night.
