The Space:

This is a phenomenal rental opportunity located less than 2 miles from the town of Crested Butte in the Larkspur subdivision. Soak in the hot tub or enjoy the firepit while taking in a sunset overlooking the small private Larkspur lake. Every luxurious detail has been thought of in this brand new property!



The first floor encompasses an open floor plan with a fully stocked, highend chef's kitchen. The picture window behind the kitchen sink fully opens to conjoin the fabulous outdoor living space and breathtaking views with the inviting interior. An oversized refrigerator, 6 burner gas range, espresso maker & expansive counterspace make this kitchen a joy to utilize. A bar refrigerator and mixing area flank the dining table which easily seats 6 at the table and 4 on barstools. The living room and dining both have access to the backyard and outdoor living areas. The outdoor dining table, gas grill, hot tub, firepit (summer and fall only), and spectacular views will enhance your Crested Butte experience! Star gaze to your heart's content!

The primary suite, complete w/king bed, dedicated workspace, and fantastic ensuite bath is also located on the first floor. A deep soaking tub, steam shower, walk-in closet and access to the laundry room are all attributes of this luxury suite.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

Upstairs, you will find an additional large smart TV and comfortable wrap around couch. A bunk room with 4 built-in twin bunks and a queen guest room share a full bathroom that is complete w/bath tub. A fourth guest room is located at the end of the hall. This queen suite has an ensuite bathroom that is outfitted with a shower.

This property is perfect for families or multi-generational get togethers!



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking. Please let us know if you plan to travel with your dog.

No smoking of any substance is allowed inside or outside.

The Neighborhood:

The Larkspur community is located near the Skyland Golf Course off of Brush Creek Road, roughly two miles from downtown Crested Butte (see map below). This newer subdivision is a great example of a development done “the right way”, and a tour of the area leaves a great first impression. Two beautiful lakes and landscaping highlight the impressive views of Whetstone Mountain, Paradise Divide, and the backside of Crested Butte Mountain. The hiking and biking opportunities in the Brush creek area are nearly endless, with national forest access a short distance away. The Robert Trent Jones Jr golf course at Skyland is just a short walk, drive, or bike ride down the street. The town of Crested Butte is two miles away, and the recreation path makes biking or hiking into town a breeze. This same path is groomed in the winter, so you can nordic ski into town as well. The skiing at Crested Butte Mountain Resort is roughly 10 minutes away during the winter months. Please note, you do not have access to Grant Lake or any amenities in the Skyland residential neighborhood.



Getting Around:

You will want a vehicle to get around. Additionally, there is a bus stop at the corner of Highway 135 and Brush Creek road.



Other Things to Note:

A tennis court, pickleball court and playground are all in the nieghborhood.
