Full of the warmth and ambience of a cozy mountain cabin, this Kingswood Village condo boasts an enviable North Lake Tahoe setting. Not only do you have wonderful seasonal amenities right on the grounds, you'll be just over a mile from the heart of Kings Beach and the shores of Lake Tahoe itself.

This three-story condo is tucked among the pines in Kingswood Village, a woodland community with a beautiful outdoor pool, a sauna, and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and bocce. The location can't be beat, with the heart of Kings Beach - including Kings Beach State Recreation Area, Old Brockway Golf Course, and a host of restaurants, shops, and services - one mile south. The slopes of Northstar California Resort are only five miles west as well.

With its wood-paneled walls and exposed-beam ceilings, the condo immerses you in the atmosphere of the Sierras. Come home from a day of adventure to curl up by the fireplace, where a host of board games, puzzles, and movies wait to entertain you. In the summer months, slide open the balcony doors and breathe in the pine-scented air. Come winter, prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen and sit down to enjoy them as the snow piles high outside.

The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, with the bedroom opening to its own deck that's perfect for morning coffee. There's also a sleeping loft on the third floor, a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs, and complimentary WiFi throughout.

The pool and sports courts are available in summer only.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
