Peaceful Pines Chalet- Pets welcome! Paved access. Secluded, great location

This is a newly remodeled and updated chalet style cabin located in historic Copperhill, TN. To my valued returning guests that I have had the pleasure to host for in the past, please know that I am now the host for this property and all furnishings, decor, linens, and kitchen essentials are new and updated. For new guests..... Craig (your host) is an Interior Designer, so you can rest assured that his expertise in both visual and physical comfort will be evident during your stay. While at this home you will enjoy the large scale and comfortable accommodations in a relaxing and peaceful environment nestled in a very private and easily accessible location nestled among mature white pines and forest. The home offers an abundance of large windows allowing the natural light to flow through the home and is designed with Mission style furnishings and hints of stained glass in the soft yet sufficient lighting . Pets are welcome! Please bring the necessary supplies to clean after them. Pets must remain leashed at all times while outside. Amenities include 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms each located on a separate level of this 3 level home. All linens have been selected with your comfort in mind. Soft and large fluffy towels with designer comforters and quilts as well as designer decor complete the ambience and over-all feeling of comfort and solitude. To complete your comfort the mattresses are Perfect Sleeper Ultra Plush by Serta. All TV's are smart TV's. Please bring your own log in and passwords so that you may enjoy your favorite streaming services and channels. Basic cable is also provided. On the main or middle level (accesible by an exterior flight of stairs) you will find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you may need to whip up a home cooked meal. On this level you will also find a dining area and living area with a remote-controlled gas log fireplace and comfortable leather furniture. Perfect for cuddling up under the soft quilt that is provided for your use. This level also provides a bedroom with bunk beds which provides sleeping for 4 with a double bed above and 2 twin beds below. The main level also features a full bathroom with a tub and shower and a washer and dryer. The exterior of the middle level of this home is surrounded on 3 sides with outdoor decks complete with plenty of seating areas, a dining area, a charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter fluid is not provided). outdoor lamps and string lights for plenty of lighting and ambience. On this level on the right side and rear of the home there is a hot tub which will accommodate 7 people. On the third level of the home you will find an open loft with the master bedroom, master bath, walk-in closet, a 36" Smart TV, a king size bed, an intimate seating area and a private outdoor balcony. On the lower level is a recreation room with a 72" Smart TV, a pool table that converts to a game table with benches or a ping pong table. There is seating for 8 on the patio of this level as well as comfortable leather furniture on the inside. On the patio of this level there are more string lights for light and ambience. An electronic plastic tip dart board is also provided for your enjoyment. There is an electric fireplace in the entertainment center that also provides heat. The bedroom on this level is large and equipped with a king size bed, seating for 2 and a 36" Smart TV. The bathroom on the lower level can be closed off from the recreation room providing a private bath and entrance from the bedroom. Enjoy the outdoors around the outdoor firepit at the rear of the home with seating for 8 nestled among the mature trees that are lit at night with landscape lighting (firewood is not provided). Also provided for your outdoor pleasure you will have access to the games of Corn Hole and Skittles Throw. Both are appropriate for all ages. Smoking is permitted anywhere outside. Please respect future guests and use the ashtrays that are provided. Smoking of any substance is prohibited inside the home. Fireworks and the discharge of firearms is prohibited at any time as well as loud music. Feel free to enjoy the outdoors but please use your indoor voices after 10PM and be mindful of constant barking dogs when outside. While this is a very private setting there are homes nearby with permanent residents. Please be advised that pet fees are not included in any fees charged and retained by VRBO.
Special occasion packages are available at an extra charge that can be set up prior to your arrival. Flowers, balloons, cakes, pastries and Charcuterie boards can be provided by your host with advance notice. Should you choose to venture out and explore the sights of the Georgia and Tennessee mountains historic Copperhill, TN and the revamped town of McCaysville, GA are approximately 3 miles from your location. Quaint and unique shops and eateries can be found in both locations. Be sure to take a picture of yourself at the TN/GA state line between the two towns. Within minutes of your location you will find the Ocoee whitewater river with a scenic drive into Benton, TN with numerous scenic points to enjoy the sights of the roaring river nestled among the mountains on each side. Take an adventure and book a trip in the whitewater rapids with an experienced guide. Or for a more relaxing jaunt down the calmer part of the river you can head to McCaysville and book a relaxing and slow tubing adventure. Historic Blue Ridge, GA is approximately a 25 minute drive. Blue Ridge also offers unique shops and restaurants as well the Blue Ridge scenic railroad. Allow a day to enjoy them all if you venture into Blue Ridge. Lake Blue Ridge is also a must see and in the summertime be sure to visit the Blue Ridge Marina which offers a Key West vibe with great burgers and finger food.
