La casa está a solo minutos de la ciudad, pero se encuentra al borde del desierto y se siente como una verdadera experiencia de escapada remota. Hay mucho espacio para explorar en el patio trasero o en solo un corto viaje en automóvil, puede encontrarse en el sendero hacia algunas de las caminatas más hermosas del centro de Oregón. Sisters Rental

Home was very difficult to find. On arrival we noted most surfaces were dusty and something had been spilled on the dining table. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We are two older ladies who were in Sisters for Quilters Affair and basically just slept at the house

Thanksgiving Fun

Thank you for a great stay! The property was quaint and beautiful. Loved the openness, windows, and looking out to the trees. It felt as though we were the only ones there. Near the downtown area of Sisters, OR.

Private paradise

This home sits in a picturesque location at the end of a private road. There are other houses around but you dont hear them. The neighborhood is beautiful for a morning or evening walk. The home is comfortable with beautiful views and stocked with everything you need. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

The property is great. It is just what we were looking for. Nice location in a well spaced neighborhood of winding roads and full of pine trees. Our visit was second week of October and the neighborhood was totally quiet. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen, bath, and cleaning needs. If anyone is interested in horseback riding, we highly recommend Black Butte Ranch. Many thanks to Anna for such a nice place to stay.

Lodging was Hrrat

Unfortunately, there was a lot of smoke in the area from fires, so we were really restricted as to what kind of activities we could do. But we love the location and the home that we stayed in. We are going to go back there again and hope for better air quality.

The smell of Pine.

Wonderful area. Cabin was beautiful and very quiet. Loved all the pine trees and seeing all the deer. Our family had a great time and would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect

This is an expertly-managed rental. Clean, well appointed, comfortable yet classy. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. I made the mistake of expecting 3 bedrooms because the photos were slightly misleading, so be aware this is definitely a two bedroom, but with ample shared living space. The property is bordered by a trail system that you wouldn't know about unless you looked at a map. You can find the trail if you walk about 150 yards through the woods from the front door. It's about 4 miles on the trails to get into Sisters.

House in the Woods

This house is in a secluded small development with very little traffic....great for early morning walks. We stayed there while the younger families in our group were camping nearby. It was wonderful to go back to the house in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while star gazing!

Family stay for wedding

The house is a bit small considering how large it looks from the outside. Sleeping arrangements are really different, it accommodates families with young kids, not adult kids. It also needs a deep cleaning, there were cobwebs and spiders and dirt around the fireplace. We enjoyed the big deck and spent a lot of time out there. We had a good time.

Too many disappointments

The good: the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped. The location is very handy for Sisters and the surrounding areas. The BBQ worked well for us. The deck tables and accompanying chairs are in good shape. The TV is nice, once we figured out how to work it. The disappointing: the window sills were dirty, I had to sweep and wash off the deck before we could use it, there are bird droppings on the deck and deck furniture because the bird feeder hangs over the deck, the deck chair arm rests are broken, blankets and pillows are dusty, there is no DVR even though it is listed in the description (we rented several we were looking forward to watching), the microwave shut itself off after about 3 minutes making it difficult to warm food, the kitchen is shared with many friendly sugar ants, several of the stemware glasses are cracked or chipped, the sliding door on the deck does not have a working lock so a dowel is used, the whole place needs a good cleaning and some newer blankets and pillows and outdoor furniture. We would not stay there again.

Had A Blast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, the setting was amazing, and it was close enough to Sisters to make runs to the grocery store a snap, but far enough out that it was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this property.

Girl Trip

The house was great for five women. Lovely, and well equipped. Plenty of towels, games, some necessary kitchen spices, a good array of its, pans, dishes, cups, etc. Gorgeous deck that we didn’t spend near enough time on! There was just so many things to see and do in the area. There are just a couple of things that made me give it 4 stars - there should be a hand rail on at least one side of the front stairs, some kind of bath mat in the downstairs bathroom and someone to go in before guest arrival and get all the spiders out. The girls staying upstairs found five. That’s it! Small but I felt it would be a benefit to let them know. Easy fixes. LOVED our time there!! We will request it again.

Checks all the boxes

Impeccably clean, had everything we needed and it all works! Top-line appliances, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable couches and chairs, with reading lamps. And a lovely deck with two dining tables and a quality propane grill. Tucked into the pines at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, most of the time the only things you’ll hear are the wind in the trees and the birds. A perfect location for our first exploration of the Sisters area. An easy drive to the Metolius River area, Black Butte Ranch (great dinner at the lodge), Smith Rock. Sisters is just 5 minutes away, with great organic food available at Oliver Lemons and the Mahonia Farmstand. Or just sit on the deck and watch as Western Tanagers, Grosbeaks and Purple Finches enjoy the feeder. My favorite treat was lying in the comfortable upstairs bed looking straight up at the stars through a perfectly-placed skylight. The host was responsive and helpful. An exceptional rental property.

We came down for the SALI lacrosse tournament. The house and location were great - super convenient to the fields but quiet for downtime between games. Wish the weather would have been better so we could enjoy the beautiful deck.
