Beautiful place, perfect location. I would much prefer digital check in instead of having to pick up a key and return it, but this place was worth it! Would stay here again!

The property was old. The patio over looking the beach was small with uncomfortable plastic chairs but we enjoyed the views it allowed. There was SIGNIFICANT mold in the shower. When the rental company was contacted the next morning, there was no response. Finally on the following day, the rental company offered to have someone come into the unit to clean the shower. We refused as we were not interested in a person entering when we were down on the beach and not willing to leave.

I don’t think we spoke with the host but Pensacola beach properties. The were good at updating us on our trip but when we needed to speak to a person they were not avaiable. We tried to call and went by the business after 8:00 am on Saturday and door locked. No communication until next day. Our issue was we got a warning for no parking pass. We eventually found it on top of the refrigerator. So all was good!

This is a great location right on Pensacola Beach. Peg Leg Pete's restaurant and a nice convenience store are right across the street. So it's easy to reduce the number of times you need to get out in traffic. The condo is on the 3rd floor so sitting out on the deck is very nice. The property is gated so it feels a little more private and secure. You also get a dedicated parking spot in the garage near a central elevator.The board walk to the beach is in good shape so it's easy on your feet.We enjoyed this property very much.

This is a managed property. It is ran very hotel like. Do not expect anything extra in the condo. They only provide hotel style sample products and everything else is emptied prior to your arrival. Some may expect that but, I've never experienced it. Salt/pepper/seasons are not left for the next guests. The listed products were provided as promised but, I just thought it was worth sharing for future guests, what to expect. The CONDO was in an excellent location and has an excellent set up. It was very clean. The reason for the 3 stars is because the towels were terribly stained and felt sketchy. Lastly, we did not receive check in or check out instructions in advance. Not realizing there is nobody on site to check in with, we were quite surprised when we showed up. After calling the number, realized we had to go to a property management office down the road. It all worked out fine but, was concerning.

We will replace the towel inventory and have housekeeping inspect all linens to ensure clean, unstained towels going forward. I apologize for the surprise around supplies and the hotel-style setup. We’ll review the listing and unit inventory notes so it’s clear what is provided and consider updating our stocking practices where appropriate. I’m also sorry check-in/check-out instructions weren’t sent in advance and that picking up keys at our office was unexpected. We will update our pre-arrival communications on Vrbo to make check-in steps and any off-site pickup details explicit before arrival. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again. Great location

Nice accommodations with an excellent location. Away from the crowds of the PB area but close enough to be there in a couple of minutes. Peg Leg Pete is right across the street and the food, music and service was excellent. A fly by from the Blue Angels coming home from a show was a spectacular moment. We would stay here again.

This property was amazing. The convenience of walking right to the beach, as well as good food right across the street was perfect for us. I also love that it was close enough to the strip to be able to drive for necessities, but far enough away that we werent impacted by a large crowd of people. The staff went above and beyond to make check-in and check-out smooth. We will definitely be adding this to our go to vacation spot.

Wonderful beach vacation

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci on Pensacola Beach. The condo has AMAZING views of the Gulf of Mexico, and the beach and pool are only a short distance from the condo. We would definitely stay at this condo again.
