Great location

Nice accommodations with an excellent location. Away from the crowds of the PB area but close enough to be there in a couple of minutes. Peg Leg Pete is right across the street and the food, music and service was excellent. A fly by from the Blue Angels coming home from a show was a spectacular moment. We would stay here again.

This property was amazing. The convenience of walking right to the beach, as well as good food right across the street was perfect for us. I also love that it was close enough to the strip to be able to drive for necessities, but far enough away that we werent impacted by a large crowd of people. The staff went above and beyond to make check-in and check-out smooth. We will definitely be adding this to our go to vacation spot.

The condo was cozy. The master bath room toilet did not flush properly and did overflowed. We used towels to soak up the water. We did report this to the property mangers the next morning. Did not use toilet for reminder of time there. By the end of the week the master bath sink did show sign of slow drainage. Loved our location and will probably return next year.

We were very disappointed with this condo. It smelled so bad when we arrived that we had to leave and buy air freshner.It was dirty- poor quality of linens, refrigerator had rust on the outside, air vents were rusty, doors had veneer pealing, curtains were so nasty. Bad experience- we left a day early.

Excellent beach view and access. Beds and linens very comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths available. Kitchen was well appointed. The condo was very clean, but because it needs updating, it gives the impression it is dirty. The refrigerator had several rust spots present, and the bathroom floors look like they need dusting.Though when checked, they were actually clean. Definitely could use more comfortable patio furniture. The biggest thing to be aware of is the mandatory nonrefundable insurance charge of over 100.00, which we failed to note when we booked.

We apologize for the rust spots in the refrigerator, the dusty appearance of the bathroom floors, and the patio furniture not being as comfortable as expected. Maintenance has inspected the fridge, housekeeping has reviewed cleaning procedures, and the patio furniture has been flagged for replacement. Regarding the $100 mandatory non-refundable insurance fee you mentioned, we do not charge a non-refundable insurance fee. Travel insurance is optional and purchased at the guest’s discretion. We do, however, charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee, which is applied to all reservations to cover accidental damages during a guest’s stay. This fee is determined by the property booked and number of days. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Pensacola Beach Properties in the future.

Wonderful beach vacation

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci on Pensacola Beach. The condo has AMAZING views of the Gulf of Mexico, and the beach and pool are only a short distance from the condo. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Property was in a great location with very easy access to beach. Unit was a little dated feeling but clean. Unit had limited amenities including no coffee so immediate shopping trip is a must. Parking was not communicated very well and security was aggressive with warnings of not being properly parked.

Awesome visit!

I just needed a quiet getaway on the beach and this was perfect. It was quiet, secure and very reasonably priced. As a bonus I got to see the historical snow! I will definitely stay there again. Also, the staff was great-they responded to text messages promptly and were so friendly and accommodating! So glad I booked with them!

Great place and wonderful views

We really enjoyed our time here. However, there were necessities that were not provided. For example there were no blankets for lounging. There was minimal cookware as well.

Get Away

Perfect locations away from the crowds. Amazing views of the beach and Gulf. Condo is a little outdated but has everything you need. Would suggest getting some new rugs and the silk plants were very dusty!
