The contemporary design of the 1,313-square-foot One Bedroom Suite incorporates a variety of textures and tones with the purpose of enriching the guest experience while living in the space. The design concept is based on marine life. As you walk in, you will notice a stunning gourmet kitchen, complete with upscale appliances, a dining area that seats 4, and a living room with an entertainment center, a sleek 55-inch flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, and two lounge chairs with the geometry of coral. The middle table is a vault representing some type of treasure found in the depths of the oceans. Please be advised that all reservations are subject to the following mandatory requirement:
🔹 24-Hour Compliance Window: Guests must review and comply with all established House Rules within 24 hours of the booking confirmation.
🔹 Automatic Cancellation: Failure to meet these requirements within the specified 24-hour timeframe will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
⚠️ By proceeding with a booking, the guest formally acknowledges and accepts these terms as a condition of their stay.
To comply with Mexican hospitality regulations and ensure a seamless check-in at our high-end resort properties, all guests must complete the following requirements within 24 hours of confirmation:
🔹 Electronic Signature: A personalized link to our Terms & Conditions will be sent via platform messaging or email. This must be reviewed and signed by the primary guest to finalize the reservation.
🔹 Personal Email Address: We do not have access to the one in your profile. Thus, the primary guest must provide a valid personal email address. This is strictly for the delivery of your official Resort Confirmation document, which is mandatory for property entry and front-desk check-in.
🔹 Primary Guest ID: The primary guest must provide their full legal name exactly as it appears on their government-issued ID, along with a verified phone number.
🔹 Additional Guest List: Full legal names of all accompanying adults are required. For guests under 18, please provide their full legal name, age at check-in, and relationship to the primary guest (Legal requirement for resort registration).
🔹 Profile Standards: We require a completed booking profile, including a clear photo and verified contact details. Nicknames or aliases are not permitted for resort security purposes.
STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY
🔹 100% Smoke-Free: All units, including all interior spaces, balconies, and terraces, are strictly non-smoking.
🔹 Prohibited Items: This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and all vaping devices.
