Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home in charming Northport - just 3.5 miles to Bryant Denny Stadium and the UA campus. Short distance to Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, River Walk, shopping and dining. This home features all the comforts of home including fireplace, washer/dryer, Bespoke refrigerator, private master bathroom.

By confirming and paying for a booking, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the house rules/terms and conditions. It is a mutually binding agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, your reservation may be cancelled. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the rental; you can be removed from the rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.
House rules/terms and conditions:
The person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit cardholder. This person is considered to be the guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the guest’s invitees, and all discussions regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the guest, not the guest’s invitees. Any booking made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of payment.
Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. Unauthorized people at the rental could result in extra charges for each additional guest, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges. Exceptions are made on an individual basis – please contact for prior approval.
The rental is not intended for parties or gatherings at any time. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of a violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Excess noise complaints will be subject to eviction with no refund. Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival to avoid these. No exceptions or refunds are given for changes in the number of guests after your arrival.
Tampering with the network or the security devices will result in an immediate termination of stay without refund.
Rental or grounds needing more than reasonable cleaning will result in additional cleaning charges of $50 per hour plus tax. Late check out is available – please request through messages in your booking. Unapproved late checkout charges are $50 per additional hour plus tax up to 2 hours. 2 hours late check out will result in payment for full day.
Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the rental home after your departure, you will be charged a excessive cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
In the event of any uncovered guest/invitee-caused loss or damage to the property, including, but not limited to, undue cleaning, eviction, service calls, service charges, fines/assessments, repairs or replacements – homeowner will initiate recourse for payment and reimbursement for losses and/or damages.
Refunds will not be issued due unforeseen events including internet/power outages or acts of nature such as weather.
Early departure initiated by guest will not be refunded.
All guest(s) and their invitees use the premises at their own risk. Property owners shall not be held liable or otherwise responsible in any way for injury to any guest and/or their invitees that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional or unintentional acts of the said guest(s) and/or invitees, or by the failure of structures, appliances, (including fire pit) furnishings, and/or other equipment, whether, by malfunction, misuse, acts of god/nature, and/or are otherwise naturally occurring.
