Perfect beach house

Wonderful house for families, quiet neighborhood, ocean views from living area and covered porch, very comfortable beds, ideal location close to beach walkover and multiple pools, easy walk to cafe and pizza, we absolutely loved our stay thanks for a great vacation!!

Excellent, would highly recommend

Can't beat the location in Carillon unless you must have beach front. The house itself could benefit from light interior touchups ( air register wipe downs, handrail painting, etc), some might consider that extremely critical but it's the only thing that stood out.

It’s a great house. The master bedroom bed is extremely soft, to the point of not comfortable. The upstairs deck has a deadbolt that does not work. Overall it’s a great house that includes all the necessities👍

It is steps away from the beach, a 2 minute walk to the oceanfront pool, 5 minute to the lake front pool and about 10 minutes to the cafe. The house had everything we needed for our stay: the kitchen is fully stocked, extra garbage bags, plenty of dishwasher detergent & pods, washing machine detergent...everything you would need! The property manager went above and beyond during our stay. It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to be back soon!

You couldn’t ask for anything more and we look forward to coming back for Spring Break 2024!!

Multi Level Privacy!

This house sleeps 14 comfortably due to the multi-level design. Everyone has the privacy they need, while having multiple gathering places for the crowd. The decor is bright & cheerful with a very convenient, well stocked kitchen with marble counters and stainless steel appliances (and a view of the waves from the kitchen window!). Carillon Beach is a wonderful, gated community that is perfect for couples or families. The playground, pools, tennis courts & small shops and restaurants will keep all ages busy when they're not at the beautiful, white sand beach. Two grocery stores outside of the entrance make it easy to feed your crowd. You'll feel immediate stress relief the minute you drive through the gates! K & M Atlanta, GA

Great winter respite!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Seaside Serenity in Carillon Beach. While the home is not as contemporary and new feeling inside as some others pictured, it was homey, clean and in a great location next to an ocean walkover and close to a heated pool and also other amenities. Plus, we could wake up and have our coffee on a little porch and see the ocean even though we were not in an oceanfront home that are a lot more expensive. Plus, Karen Sandel was awesome to work with. We had a minor issue with one of the furnaces not working and she had someone there the next morning snd stayed with him until done. She also helped us redo our dates when we had to alter due to the timing of our second vaccine. She is awesome! And this area is so beautiful that we already booked the same home for next year. A beautiful gated community and only 2.2 miles from Rosemary Beach and other 30 a places to eat and explore.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside Serenity is in a fabulous location. Carillon is a great community at the beach. The home could use some TLC. The lower living/sleeping area is actually a garage that has been converted. It has a very peculiar smell. The indoor/outdoor rug in the area is a hazard due to rippling that you can’t correct. The sleeper sofa in that space is terribly old and very uncomfortable. Thank goodness we were only a party of 8. The description says it sleeps 14. To actually have that many would mean people would be sleeping in the living room which is already a little snug with 8 people. The bunk beds in one bedroom are so flimsy and squeaky the other people in the room cannot sleep and have to use the bunks in the hall. That’s unfortunate if you are over the age of 10. There us not a outdoor grill that is usable. The one on the upper deck is a plug in electric. This house is fine for what it is. I would never recommend having over eight guests unless most of them are small children just because of the sleeping arrangements.

Family vacation so close to beach

The property was clean. Kitchen and Living room on 3rd floor. Kids bunk hallway is just inside front door. It was kinda weird but it worked out. The house had beach toys, boards, beach towels and 2 lounge chairs with umbrella…nice to have!!! We loved the location, just steps from the beach walkway!! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off. Lots of pots and pans, we cooked almost every night. We would definately stay here again!

This is our second year at seaside serenity - our 3-generation family truly enjoys this property. We appreciate the proximity to the beach and front pool. Our family is able to spread out within the house. It is always clean and we approach the clear communication with management.

Fantastic

We recently enjoyed a week-long stay over Spring Break at Seaside Serenity and could not have been more pleased with it. The property was clean and ready ahead of schedule, Karen was a pleasure to o work with, the layout worked well for our group of 10, and the kitchen was fully stocked with some of the best quality cookware, which made cooking for many and cleaning up afterwards a breeze. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach or one of the many pools. We look forward to bringing our family back for many years to come.

Pretty awful

Based off photos, we were excited to rent the home. However, we found used cigarettes in the home, there was construction around us daily, waking us up in the morning. Painters blocked the boardwalk to the beach. The restaurants were closed during spring break. Departure was strictly 9 a.m., so we spent our last evening and (early!) morning cleaning and doing laundry according to the house rental guidelines. Still yet, as we were traveling home, I received an additional charge beyond the original hefty housekeeping fee. When I asked why, I was met with very rude comments from the property owner. All in all, a pretty awful experience.

Seaside Memories from Sunrise to Sunset

While it could use a little upgrading in some furniture, it has great gulf views, steps away from beach, wonderful balcony off main level to enjoy dinners or just to read, and a well stocked kitchen with all the amenities. Plus large master bedroom and bath and other bedrooms on a separate level. One of the best parts about this property is the manager. When the washing machine wasn't working properly, Karen was able to get a new one installed in a matter of days. She is very responsive and helpful. If it would take pets, we would probably return next year.

Great property, great location, great management

Property we as really nice and in a great location. Many amenities nearby. Management company was great to communicate with and was very accommodating to making sure the check in process was smooth.

Great trip

We have stayed in various properties in Carillon Beach. This was our first time at Seaside Serenity and all of our family asked for us to reserve it again. The layout worked well for a three generation family. We appreciated the plastic plates as well as glass in the kitchen for the kids. The close proximity to the beach walkover and beach pool were great. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. They do have some beach towels if you need to rotate your own. We love this community and will look forward to returning!

Seaside Serenity has parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway | Additional street parking for 1 vehicle is located in the front of the home | Parking passes will be provided to you by the guard staff upon arrival at the community. You must register and pay for vehicles prior to arrival it is $35/per vehicle.
