This custom Warren home is an exceptional Vermont retreat with incredible space to gather inside and out. In this serene, maple-tree-lined setting, you'll have a sprawling yard and garden, your game room for hours of evening entertainment, and a private hot tub to soak in beneath the stars.
This spacious home sits on a beautifully landscaped property in the historic town of Warren. The Sugarbush Resort Golf Club is a five-minute walk down the road, and the base area of Sugarbush is less than two miles west. Many community-based attractions surround you - restaurants, charming country stores, a seasonal farmers market, local breweries, a maple sugar house, and art galleries, to name just a few. Warren also has the best swimming holes in the country. Coming and going is a breeze here, thanks to the Tesla charger in the heated, three-car garage and the elevator that connects the lower and main floors.
The house is full of grand, open spaces and luxe finishes, from the vaulted ceilings to the wide-plank wood floors reclaimed from a Kentucky bourbon distillery. At the heart of the house is a lofty, light-filled great room - the perfect spot to stream movies, play board games at the dining room table, enjoy a family singalong with the piano in the front reception hall, or simply take in the view of the gardens that surround you.
Spend summer mornings sipping coffee in the three-season sunroom and long, lovely days barbecuing on the gas grill, lounging on two large decks, and roasting marshmallows at twilight around the firepit by the covered porch at dusk. Entertaining here is as enjoyable in winter, thanks to the elegant chef's kitchen with a wet bar and stainless steel appliances. In the evenings, retreat to the den and curl up with a good book or head downstairs to the game room to play pool or foosball. Bonus features of the house include multiple desk workspaces, complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and adjustable beds.

The wood burning fireplace is not available for guest use.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a Ring camera at the lower level side door and another inside the garage, as well as 4 exterior security cameras.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
