Great Place!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront apartment! The location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps away from the sand and ocean!The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back!Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful and unforgettable beachfront getaway.

Direct access to great beach. Private apartment with unlimited use of pool and amenities. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly. We plan on returning in the future!!

Stunning!

Wonderful, private, beach, pool and lovely residence. Turtles come in every night to lay their eggs and I was able to see some baby turtles head to the ocean too.

Excellent Beach Week

Great quiet location on the beach. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue. Use of the pool was nice. The apartment was clean and well stocked.

Summer 23 Beach trip

Wonderful location for beach vacation We had beach and pool to ourselves the entire week. Quiet safe neighborhood. Only opportunity for improvement would be that the bathrooms could use a serious deep clean, but would definitely come back again.

Wonderful family vacation

Our children loved the pool. And you couldn’t ask for a better beach. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and friendly. There were people staying in the main house while we were there, so we simply shared the outdoor amenities. Would stay again.

Never Better

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is located on a lovely quiet beach with absolutely great views. There is a covered gazebo with steps down to the beach. Two spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living room. The free laundry room just below was a big bonus.

Oceanside stay in Melbourne Beach

A lovely apartment with access to a beautiful beach. Joe was great to work with and gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Bonus - we saw 2 space launches from the cabana on the beach! Definitely recommend.

WINTER ESCAPE

This property is a wonderful place to stay. It is located on a lovely quiet beach with absolutely great views. There is a covered gazebo with steps down to the beach. Two spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living room. Thumbs up, it even has a free laundry room. Even though we are in our 70s, the flight of steps to the apartment were not a problem and it gave us a wonderful view.

Great place to stay!!! Would definitely stay here again

My wife and our 2 dogs (large Golden Retrievers) stayed at the upstairs 2-bedroom condo for Xmas week. The host (Joey) is fantastic! Super friendly and communicative. We also met the owner and his family who were in the main house for the final 3 days of our trip. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. The condo is perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Very clean and tidy. Has great private access to the public beach thru the backyard. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to more peace and tranquility compared to being in a more touristy area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect get away!

This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. Once you stay on the beach you can't go back! Joe was great, he left the lights on for us when we came in late from our flight. The gazebo was a great place to sit with a glass of wine at night. The beach is private and a great place to enjoy all the sea birds and soak up the sun. The apartment was spotless, and the new remodels look great! We will absolutely be coming back to this slice of paradise in the future!

Perfect Getaway!

We are locals who just needed to get away to the beach for a little while. This was perfect for us,. Quite, out of the hustle and bustle of public beaches. Pet friendly so our bestie could join us. On the beach, with a pool, can't ask for more!

Wonderful!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it was even better than the 1st time! Property was clean and had plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and etc., but the best part is the close proximity to the beach. Kids also loved the pool which was nice and refreshing. Joe, the property manager, is a delight to work with and we enjoyed our conversations with him! We definitely recommend this rental!!

Exactly as advertised!

The perfect place for R &R. Your private pool and beach. Who could ask for more? The apartment was exactly as the pictures. Plenty of room for 2 adults and a child. Clean and private. Can’t wait to return!

Spectacular location

Spectacular location this place was amazing the location is perfect the gazebo that overlooks the ocean made the trip. The owners of the big house were not present so we were able to use the pool for our family only. The only thing I would mention is that it needs a deep clean and the pool gets messy quite often so an automatic vacuum would be helpful. The host was readily available. I would definitely recommend and I could stay there again

Wonderful pet-friendly apartment on the beach

This over-the-garage, two-bedroom, two-bath apartment was perfect for the two of us and our golden retriever. The views of the beach and pool are beautiful. We had access to the entire property plus the extra lot for our dog. The gazebo on the dune was great for evening cocktails and visiting with the owners. The property manager, Joe, was extremely attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for a quiet vacation on basically a private beach. We will return.

Gorgeous!

This property was just what we needed. Joey was really responsive to our needs and accommodating. He knew we had a late flight in and came and turned lights on so we didn't walk into a dark house. He also knew that we were interested in watching a launch and came and knocked on the door to let us know that there was one! The whole property was really clean with plenty of towels for the house as well as the beach, which is literally right there. I would recommend it to anyone!
