Great Getaway right by the beach with private pool!

We stayed there during our visit to the grandparents and we could not have been happier.Sharon and Matthew went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay in their beautiful home.The house was very spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Perfect Get-away!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. The house was extremely clean and inviting. We had everything that we needed. The beach was quiet and great for long walks, swimming, shelling and surf fishing. The pool is beautiful and perfect for the heat of the day. Our hosts were helpful and answered our questions quickly. We look forward to returning to this fabulous house!

A Vacationer's Dream

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was too chilly to use the pool but the glorious view and spacious home made up for it. We watched two rocket lift offs from the beach and took long bike rides which added to our overall experience. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property. Thanks!

Turbin 2023 stay

Fantastic place! Great location away from the world but close enough to the necessities. Steps from the beach and a pool right outside the big glass doors/windows allowing amazing sunrises! We saw baby turtles hatching, Sting rays and fish jumping out of the water, and countless small lizards around the property that kept our three 8 year old boys amazed and amused!

Perfect getaway

Stunning property. Truly a home away from home. It had everything we could ever need or want. Our girls trip was amazing because of the awesome house. We sat on the beach and relaxed. Wonderful home in perfect location!

This wonderful oceanfront home has everything you need for a fantastic and relaxing vacation on a beautiful quiet beach. The pool is perfect, the ocean spectacular, and the privacy is so nice, you feel like you are at your own private resort. Which you are! The home is very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach and pool chairs / umbrellas / floats and it is very convenient (5 minutes) to a big grocery store, liquor store, etc. We visited the very quaint downtown Melbourne area, but spent most of our time relaxing on the beach or in the pool and enjoying reading and time with family. I certainly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation, and we hope to return next summer. Thanks to Matt and Sharon for sharing their beautiful beach resort with us!

Great Beach House

This place was great - steps off the beach, pool to plunge in after a swim in the ocean, a large great room looking over the ocean, a beach that goes on for miles with almost no one on it, fantastic. The owners, Sharon and Matthew, are great to deal with as well. Quick, clear communications, easy access, and very understanding. We planned for a week and on day had to escape to the Keys due to Hurricane Nicole. They went above and beyond and credited us for the days away - thanks again Sharon and Matthew.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We spent 2 weeks in a very relaxing, welcoming, clean setting. The house had everything we could have asked for in a perfect location allowing us to cook in, or dine out at some really good local restaurants. Fishing was great, the pool was relaxing. They had all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, pool noodles and sand spikes for fishing. We would definitely consider this property again. Sharon and Matthew were great hosts with good communication skills. Thanks for sharing this property with us.

Vacation 2022

The house and location is beautiful. It was amazing being literally on the beach for 14 days. The weather was amazing. The grandchildren and adults enjoyed the private pool and walks on the beach. We were also lucky enough to see some turtles coming in at night to lay eggs.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I have never been on a beach that was empty at times. Very private and a great pool to go with the house. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were excellent!
