Jade Beach C62 is a second-floor end unit with vaulted ceilings, a large shaded balcony, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The unit is close to the community pools, but not directly facing them, so you have minimal foot traffic and privacy while enjoying your vacation. The comfortable living space is open to the breakfast bar and galley kitchen plus a propane BBQ for grilling! The second bedroom has a built-in desk for telework/telestudy!

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Jade Beach C is just a 2-minute walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have full access to the condo and share common spaces (pool, rancho) with other Jade Beach guests.
