Welcome to our inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom haven nestled in the heart of State College, just minutes away from the vibrant Penn State University campus, Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan Center and the lively Downtown State College. This delightful abode is the perfect base for football enthusiasts, visiting scholars, PSU parents or anyone looking to explore the charming town of State College, PA.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a thrilling game day or a day of exploring the campus. The layout seamlessly connects the living area to a fully equipped remolded kitchen with the charm of original cabinets but state of the art appliances, where you can whip up your favorite meals and snacks. There are AC window units which cool down the house nicely.

The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests (4 full beds and one large recliner couch), making it an ideal option for larger groups or families. The two well-appointed bedrooms feature plush bedding and ample storage space for your convenience. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room boasts a comfortable recliner sofa, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. If you want an additional blow up mattress please let us know and we can see what we have.

**NOTE: This property was recently renovated. There may be some finishing touches that have not be done during your stay however nothing will affect your stay functionally. Most things that still need to be completed are things like touch up painting/trim and land scaping. If this is an issue, please do not book this property. Because of this, the nightly rates have already been adjusted lower to accommodate.**
