I wasn't expecting it to live up to the reviews I read...but it definitely did. Probably my favorite Midwest lake house ever (I've been to many). Loved the 'no motor' lake, it makes for a much more peaceful lake house experience than one filled with jet skis and powerboats. The rustic-yet-upscale cabin/farmhouse aesthetic is impeccably well done throughout - I pay a lot of attention to interior and exterior property design. The owner clearly does as well.If you're looking for kid-friendly swimming in a private, quiet lake with kid-friendly fishing near the Dells and Devil's Lake, I'm not sure you can beat this beautiful property. We caught much bigger-than-expected crappie and bluegill practically every other cast. Plenty of small chunky bass, too. There are likely bigger fish in the lake - it's quite deep - but we weren't targeting them. The pedalboats are really cool, by the way.Wi-Fi? Fast. Kitchen supplies? Fully stocked (I cook every night, it has everything you need, and everything is in nearly new or new condition). I could go on and on here.Thanks for renting such a beautiful property. We were blessed to stay for the short time we did.

Great Home!!

This relaxing lake house retreat home was perfect for our family of 4 adults & 2 kids (3 generations). This home was actually better than the photos. It was immaculate & had everything we needed & more. The home was close enough to the Dells we were able to spend time there & come back to fish, paddle boat, grill dinner & have s’mores at the fire.Benjamin, our host was excellent checking in on usto see if we needed anything. We hope to be back!

A cozy girl’s weekend

We had a fantastic time and it was a perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing weekend with friends. The house was great, enough room to be together or find a nice spot to read. The view is lovely and our host was great. This cottage was a home away from home. Thanks for a great time!

Great family time

The property fit our needs perfectly. Great kitchen, well appointed for cooking. Three comfortable bedrooms. Loved the gas fireplace and the views. Great memories made.

Beautiful, quiet cabin on lake

This cabin is beautiful inside and out. Flowers and wildlife abundant. Great fire pit. Super comfy beds. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again when back in the Dells area.

Great place for a quiet getaway.

Our short 2 day vacation was great. Good location with access to the lake. Home was clean, organized and well maintained. I would say the communication was good but, a little too much. Price point per day could be a little less. However, I would visit again. Thanks.

Beautifully clean!

This home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean! It is well stocked and the host was easy to communicate with! We had a wonderful long weekend!
