The living room provides ample space for everyone to sprawl out and enjoy your favorite show on the 85" smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. Drip and Keurig coffee machines are all provided, so you can wake up and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee out by the saltwater pool. The living room, dining area and kitchen all have expansive pool views, through the floor to ceiling glass doors.

IMPORTANT
Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city.

A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside the property and no parties allowed. A minimum fee of $500 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

BUGS: As a reminder, South Florida is a humid climate year round, which bugs love. We pest control spray our properties on a monthly basis to prevent bugs and cockroaches as best possible. However, because of the South Florida climate, we can not guarantee that bugs won't randomly appear. If they do, please let us know right away and we will address the issue immediately.

HURRICANE SEASON: June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.
