Relaxing Townhouse Getaway with great location in Sioux Falls.

Looking for the perfect getaway? This townhome is fully furnished with stylish and modern decor that creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The property is greatly located and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable living experience for its guests. A property perfect for relaxation!

This townhome is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is also an end unit which provides a very secluded, private, and quite place! We hope you enjoy this relaxing and practical space we have created for our guests!

This property features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms all on one floor. Both bedroooms offer queen size beds and offer a very spacious walk-in closets. The master bathroom has a large stand up shower and is connected to the master bedroom. The main bathroom includes shower with a tub. An office space is offered in second bedroom.

This townhome includes convenient amenities such as a dishwasher and laundry room in unit, making daily living hassle-free. As well as an attached garage. Additionally, this particular unit is located on the end, which provides privacy from neighbors and offers quiet hours.

Additional House rules & notes:
-No events or parties.
-No Pets. If signs of pets are found, additional fines will be charged.
-Guest is responsible for any damages or an excessively dirty house. Additional fines will be charged as appropriate.
-Garbage is every Wednesday (dark blue bin).
-Recycling is every other Wednesday (light blue bin).
-Quiet Hours 10pm-7am. -Cameras are located on the outside of the property to monitor property when guest are not around. Otherwise, they run during quiet hours 10pm-7am.

Nice property…..in my opinion, this is a 4.5 star property. Here are my issues….cameras on site watching you, no shades on master bedroom and bathroom windows and the sofa is soiled and needs cleaning. Finally, I personally believe that 145 is too high priced for a cleaning fee…SBW

Very nice property! Basic amenities were available (dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen essentials and even a few small appliances.) Host was responsive when code didn’t automatically send. The only comment I wanted to make was the description made it sound like there was an office area that could have been a makeshift baby bedroom, but we made it work.

Comfortable home with a walkable, safe neighborhood

We enjoyed our brief stay and especially enjoyed sitting outside drinking our coffee and listening/watching the birds in the nearby field. We also walked each day in the neighborhood which was refreshing and healthy while traveling for a family event.

Family reunion

Close to family, stocked well. Comfortable. Only problem was that the listing stated each bedroom had a queen size bed. The second bedroom bed was only a full. My sisters shared the bed, a little uncomfortable for them.(we are all in our 60’s!!) we so appreciate that there was adequate bathroom supplies- tissues, toilet paper, etc. would stay again.

Great place to stay! End unit with a view of the corn field. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the corn grow. lol The best of both worlds. Modern and new inside like a nice hotel, but all the amenities and room of a home

Most pleasant stay!

I highly recommend this property! The location was ideal for our needs. The accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. It was comfortable and immaculately clean. We enjoyed communication with the host who was always prompt and considerate in responding to our inquiries. The property was thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of our longer-term stay. I hope to stay there again!

Such a great place to stay while in Sioux Falls for a family reunion. Everyone had their own space, and we could cook and gather together for meals.

Fantastic Experience!!

We had an excellent stay 3 night stay while in town for a friend’s wedding weekend. The townhouse was very clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable! The location was perfect at the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the quick responses and communication updates from Matti and the check in/out process was seamless! We travel to Sioux Falls a few times a year and we will absolutely be staying here again!

Celebrating a Graduation

We drive up from Quincy, IL w my parents to attend USD graduation of our niece/granddaughter. Very close to my brother’s home and an hour to Vermillion. Very nice place and will stay there again when we come back. Thank you!

Thanksgiving weekend

Great location for us...convenient to where our sons live and easy to get to nearby restaurants and downtown SF. Super clean home, nice touches like tissue boxes in all rooms (an often overlooked item), adequate kitchen gear, and comfortable beds. Will return!

Everything as advertised!

It was a quick 2-night stay but everything was as advertised. Exceptionally clean, modern decor, quiet neighborhood, and stocked with lots of extras. We were definitely happy with our stay!
