Our gorgeous, cozy two-story retreat, just 8 miles from Disney`s main attractions like Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, and Disney Springs, and only 13 miles to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Perfectly situated for a magical vacation, our property is also close to supermarkets, top-rated restaurants, popular outlets, and shopping malls. This beautiful home offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing getaway, with thoughtful touches, spacious rooms, and an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled Florida stay!

The entire house is available to the guests, you can enjoy a nice family conversation while cooking in the kitchen, eating at the dining table, or watching TV in the living room and most important enjoy our beautiful pool, or lay down by the backyard; the washer and dryer are perks that you will enjoy specially if decide to stay at our Casita for long periods of time.

I am available at any time the guess might need me, my family and I don`t live in the area, but are very approachable, mind you we decorated and build this Villa base in our likings and to have a very comfortable, cheerfully and enjoyable place to stay.

You can walk around the neighborhood to the clubhouse pool, gymnasium, lake and other amenities. There is parking space Infront of the house for your convenience.

★★ POOL/SPA HEATER★★
The pool/SPA heater is not included in the price if you want to add this service, you need to contact us, the pool needs 24 hours in advance to get heated and will be serviced only when the payment is received and only then we will set-up the temperatures pool at 87 degrees F and SPA at 100 degrees F.

The charge for pool heater is for the length of your stay, no picking and choosing days, there will be discounts for long stays over a week.

For your convenience there`s space for four cars in front of the house. The garage is not accessible for the guest to use.


★★There are absolutely no parties allowed at this house★★

We take this very seriously.

You will be charged an additional $500.00 fee for breaking this house rule.

We have the neighbors looking out for loud parties and we will have it stopped.

If this happens, you will be made to leave the house immediately and no refund will be given.

AIRBNB will also mark your profile on the website, and you will be banned and no longer be able to book properties.

Fair warning, this neighborhood is NOT good for parties / events. The neighbors simply won`t have it.

If your intent was to have a party, please cancel your reservation now.

No loud noise before 8AM or after 10PM.

★★No pets are allowed in this home★★
Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal and no refund given.

Additionally, any evidence of pets in the home after checkout will result in an additional $500.00 fee charged to you.

★★No smoking in the home★★
To smoke cigars, cigarette, marihuana, vaping, e-cigarette, etc. is not allowed in the house, if this rule is broken the extra cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file.

Smoking is permitted outside.
There are cigarette butt ashtrays located outside. Any evidence of smoking in the home after checkout will result in an additional $500 fee charged to you.

★★Before leaving the house Check-Out rules★★

Tranquility Hut Check-Out Procedure

• Please make sure the trash bags inside the home have been taken into the large trash bins outside.

• Please leave all towels in the washing machine. If there are too many, please leave on the floor at the base of washing machine.

• Please do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink, please fill the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes and run. (Don`t run away from the dishwasher. Turn it on :-)

•Please leave any dirty/used dish towels from the kitchen on the kitchen floor in front of the refrigerator.

• Please remove all food items from the refrigerator and freezer.

• Please make sure all faucets are turned off.

• Please turn off all lights.

• Please ensure all windows are shut and locks securely tightened.

• Please get home safely.
