In the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium stands the historic Merz building built in 1900. Completely renovated and remodeled this space sleeps 6 with three bedrooms and a a pull out sofa bed.

This space has two floors and can accommodate up to 6 guests with 1 full bath and 1 half bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi and Smart TV’s in every room.

Easy check-in with free parking on site and and keyless entry. A code will be provided prior to arrival.

You are walking distance to the stadium, convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. A host of top restaurants and cultural activities are a short walk into the city. Be sure to explore our many monuments and world recognized Art Gallery, Gallery Forty-Two.

Bill was a great host and even invited us to tour his Gallery. The walk to downtown and to Lucas Oil stadium was very convenient. We didn't use the washer and dryer, but having it included was a nice touch.

Comfortable and cozy. Good AC and ceiling fans were much appreciated for the hot and humid weather. Terrific for walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium. 15 minute walk to downtown Indy, but there are closer dining options as well.

Stayed for 4 nights at this rental. Clean, nicely decorated, newly renovated property. Was perfect for our stay, which included an athletic event at IUPUI about 10 min away.

Exceptional Stay and so close to Lucas Oil Stadium

We loved how clean it was and appreciated the additional touches like the extra toothbrushes and even vanilla next to the salt and pepper. Bill was easily accessible and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Great Time

The property was extremely clean, well maintained and welcoming. Had all amenities needed for the stay and was well-stocked. The location is great for access to nightlife and Lucas Oil Stadium. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location for attending an NFL or NBA game. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Communication was great. Highly recommend this home for any visit to Indianapolis.

Awesome place located close to everything

The place is great tvs in every room. The kitchen has everything you need.. shower is awesome. There is a deli right around the corner that you have to try. Less than 10 for uber to downtown. Definitely recommended

Go Ducks!

This was a fantastic spot to watch a game at Lucas Oil. The house was clean, comfortable and as advertised. The deli across the street was an added bonus. When the Ducks are back in the Big 10 Championship next year so will we.

Newly renovated unit in an old building gives it a unique charm. Very close to the stadium and Greyhound on main road with easy access to highway. You do hear traffic from inside but not terrible, it's not a very heavy traffic corridor. It's a 15 minutes walk to circle mall and other downtown attractions, limited choices of food close by. There is a deli grocery around the corner, a pub a block away, white castle couple blocks out. If you want something close to downtown without breaking the bank during event times, this is a good place to be.

This property is in a good location with a free parking lot. The rooms are small but well furnished. There is a small coffee pot and a Keurig. There were various condiments: coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil/spray. I am not sure if these were provided by owner or leftovers from previous tenants. There was plenty of toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels (no dishwasher so you may want to bring paper products). Shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste were provided. The beds were comfortable. However, this property is a few feet away from a busy street. I do not recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The traffic noise will drive you crazy. The bedrooms only have blinds, so they were always well-lit. I woke up several times in the middle of the night thinking it was morning. The host is friendly and responsive. I would consider staying here again.
Dining area. Kitchen on the right, bathroom on the left with a sliding door and living room at the end.

Had an absolutely great stay this past weekend and Bill was an awesome host! Loved the communication, and walking me through the steps of staying at a Vrbo residence. The location was spectacular, you have a view of the stadium from two bedrooms and of course as soon as you walk out the front door. The building doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s what’s inside that counts. The apartment was clean, spacious and properly maintained. Didn’t do any cooking but if it was needed the kitchen was top notch and there’s even a shared patio out back with a table, chairs and a grill. Parking was easy, even on a game day, and it was free! Not gonna find that at too many properties around the Indy downtown area. Have already recommended this residence to others planning Indy trips over the next few months and I will definitely look to book again on my next excursion. A+++++++

In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city someday. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!
