Modern Island Waterfront Home

Casa Blanca is a newly renovated house on the east shore of Current, Eleuthera. The home is private and secluded with only nature and the ocean as a 180-degree view. Enjoy direct access to the ocean straight from the house!

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, open living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as a covered porch. The house's interior is uniquely designed with a modern mix of island chic, vintage pieces, and eclectic finds from around the world.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a simple (or not so simple) meal.

All rooms have premium-quality interiors and all are air-conditioned. There are 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, guest room 1 with a queen bed and guest room 2 with 2 single beds.

Just steps away from the front porch is direct and private access to the ocean.

Lounge areas throughout the property offer all-day places to relax and enjoy the view.

All of this is just a 10-minute drive from the North Eluthera International Airport & a 20-minute drive/ferry to the world-famous Harbour Island.

The house has a whole-house generator and a water filtration system for drinkable water.

Our property manager can help arrange taxis or rent-a-car, cooking services, tours, fishing, or pleasure boat trips for your perfect holidays.

We had the best time and the Agathe, the property manager went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. The location is wonderful all very clean and welcoming.

Great stay

Very isolated and quiet spot. Very relaxing. Agatha is terrific. She cooked for us every night, picked up / dropped off at ELH, and arranged a rental car for us.

Great place in paradise

Apart from the super nice interior, the full equipment of the house and all the amenities of the modern world (starlink, netflix, air condition), the reception by the house manager was very warm, all wishes like getting a rental car at short notice or early check in were fulfilled. The house was a home from home for us during our vacation. The private sea access, the loungers directly above the small cliffs on the turquoise blue water and the sound of the waves under the clear, amazing starry sky made it hard to say goodbye here! Highly recommended!

This house and setting are beautiful, private and a joy to visit. Willie Frye, the owner, has taken a lot of attention to detail in furnishing the house to be light, lovely, and very well equipped. The air conditioning was the best we've experienced in the Bahamas, quiet and easy to keep totally comfortable. The big boon was the whole house generator which came on quietly and immediately in a power outage. Willy and Agatha, the property manager were quick to respond to any questions. Agatha could have been the hit of the trip. Even though the kitchen is well equipped her dinners were delicious and we ended up having her bring dinners most nights which gave us time away from shopping and preparing. On days when the wind made the water choppy it was easy to find calm water for swimming nearby. We enjoyed a rainy evening watching internet movies. We loved Casa Bianca . Thank you!

For your soul

We were pleased with this beautiful home. With every passing moment and changing weather, there was an incredible view of the horizon; sky over ocean, ocean waves crashing on rock. Driving on the left was an adventure along with taking a water taxi to Harbour island; and our unforgettable visits to beautiful beaches and islands such as Spanish Wells. The local people were friendly and the tempo was relaxing. It was a perfect escape from city life. Agatha answered all our questions and was readily available.

An Epic Adventure

Everything about our stay here was absolutely magical. We had a week of perfect weather and waking up to the view this gorgeous house has and walking down with my coffee at sunrise to wade in the ocean and sitting on the back porch with my friends while enjoying Agatha’s incredible meals with the moonlit ocean behind us was incredible. We went on so many fun adventures around Eleuthera and Harbor Island and all the locals were so welcoming, lifetime friends and memories were made. Agatha is such a great host, she picked us up at the airport with our rental and was available at all times to make sure we had everything we needed - already said this but her cooking is incredible from the fresh lobster to seasoned and grilled corn to the mouthwatering chicken and rice dishes - it was all delicious. We cannot wait to plan our next trip back!

Extremely Remote

First and foremost, the house was as beautiful as the photos reflected. Our visit to Current was during the offseason. Most restaurants on nearby islands (Spanish Wells & Harbour Island) were closed until November. There are no restaurants in Current other than takeaway. There is no town to putter or shop in. No open ice cream shop. The power goes out often though the house has a generator. That went out as well and we had a challenge connecting with folks who would bring things back online. There’s no cable TV. There's an Amazon fire stick and Netflix, etc. The food markets are very reflective of island living and required us to travel to Spanish Wells to purchase items we were more familiar with. We hoped for an adventure but the experience was far too remote for our liking.
