La unidad es ático, haz abierto amplio. Lo tiene todo. Simplemente lo mejor que encontrarás.

Hilo December vacation

The property was as advertised. Absolute beautiful view. Balcony and view from balcony were beautiful and where we spent most of our time when in the condo.Only negative was the living room furniture is not very comfortable.

Better than advertised!

We had an amazing stay at Terry’s condo. Lots of room, clean, and modern. The shower had great water pressure and bathroom was nicely updated. Terry had thought of everything. Even used a first aid kit after a slip on the rocks. Of course the amazing view and the relaxing sound of the waves. Can’t wait to come back, Hilo and it’s people were very welcoming.

What a View!

The location of this unit was amazing! I chose to stay on the Hilo side because I wanted a more authentic experience of Hawaii and this was a perfect place for it. The state park right next door was so beautiful and whether in the master bedroom or the lanai, the view was spectacular. The unit had everything I could have needed for my stay there and I found it convenient to Hilo but far enough out of the center to be private and quiet. The only thing that was difficult for me was having no air conditioner, which I knew before I came, but during my visit it was unusually hot and a couple of days with no breeze. I would suggest one more big fan for the unit. Overall a great stay.

Perfect R&R Rental

Peaceful, beautiful views, and close enough to town. And the lagoon is magical! WOW! It’s truly a slice of paradise. Plus the rental company had great communication & easy to work with.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice condo. We have stayed in this complex many times but moved up to the 7th floor this year. Condo was very well stocked we have everything we needed for our stay. Terry the manager of the condo was so very helpful in getting this rescheduled from last year when could not travel.

We had an amazing stay. The rental was spotless and well equipped. The view is something you will always remember. The rental’s location is excellent, and Terry was very responsive to questions. A++++++

Location and Comfort

This was our 2nd stay in this condo. We love it. The location is great and the condo is very well appointed. It has an excellent view and is just steps away from a great beach. If you enjoy turtles, you will really enjoy this location. We were also lucky enough to get a few whale sightings from the lanai.

Beautiful Views

Wonderful place to stay. Photos of condo were spot on. I wanted a view and the sound of the ocean. I got both. Swimming with the turtles at Carlsmith beach was a highlight. The master bed was awesome. Would come and stay here again.

Great stay in Hilo

The view from our condo was fabulous. Easy walk to the lagoon where you could swim with the turtles. The turtles were quite tame, and would swim right by you. Almost had one run right into me! Very comfortable accommodations. We had coffee on the lanai every morning watching the sunrise. Fun waking up in the morning seeing the view from bed, and great sleeping all night listening to the pounding surf !!! There was a great supply of snorkel gear in the closet. The restaurant across the road, The Seaside, was super too. Very nice on arriving to just walk across the street to a great seafood dinner. Hilo was a great laid back place. Lots of great restaurants, sightseeing and shopping.

Paradise!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. and I've stayed in many: New York, Costa Rica, Mexico…. Terry’s place was the refuge I always try to find. Terry is such a gracious host, so thoughtful and welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and provided a wealth of info about the best parts of the area. The place is beyond amazing. We kept looking at each other in amazement, both at the condo and the location. The entire front of the condo is floor to ceiling windows with a breathtaking view of the ocean and swimming cove. At the cove, which was steps from our condo, there was a mangrove inlet and a good-sized tropical forest to explore. I woke up to the sunrise pink over the tropical forest and came home to a lovely swim with the sunset over Mauna Lea . My son swam with sea turtles! It was magical. Okay, I'm getting a little carried away, but it's really perfect. Great place, great king bed with a view; it’s even better than the pictures. What more could you want? Oh and it was fully stocked with beach and snorkel stuff, towels, all kitchen needs and a gas stove. The deck is to die for. Thank you, Terry! Thanks Terry.

BEAUTIFUL!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The view was just as wonderful as it appeared to be on the listing and every evening we went for a swim with the turtles swimming next to us. Terry was great to work with and we hope we can return to stay at this beautiful place again.

Enjoyed our stay here it was quiet and just what we needed.

We live in North Kohala and it is fun to come to 'big city' Hilo side for a short stay away from our beautiful HawiHideawayFarm bnb where we also have a nice studio for guests to come stay at in the country. We enjoyed our stay here for a short get away from our farm labors.

Work with a view

Was on the Big Island for a few days of work and the Honu penthouse worked out great for myself and a coworker. Good views from the Lanai, living room and main bedroom, and super convenient to squeeze in that quick swim/snorkel throughout the work day. I'd definitely stay again.

Too cool!!!

We were blown away by this property. Not only was the condo very comfortable for us and our 16 year old granddaughter, but the view was awesome. The short walk to the beach park meant that snorkeling became a daily activity. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone going to Hawaii Island. Hilo may be the "wet side" but it is also the most beautiful. We were not hampered by rain in any of our activities.

Fabulous fun for four

We have stayed here before and will again. Terry is easy to work with and absolutely professional, friendly and informative. The location is a bit out of town and well worth it. Right on a lovely lagoon , often with sea turtles, and fabulous snorkeling beaches within short drives. The clinchers for us are the god sized pool, easy access to the lagoon, well-maintained building AND a lanai with a beautiful ocean view.

Very relaxing property right next to Carl Smith Park. Killer view from the bedroom & lanai. Mirrors helped us see the view from almost anywhere. We’ll stocked with all the necessities, even extension cords for our cell phones etc. excellent central location for exploring the Hilo side of the island.

Perfect Week

The right place to stay on Hilo side of island. The beach park next door is a gem. Several more beach parks on same street within walking distance. The views from the master bedroom window and family room balcony are what make this unit so great. Plus you can hear the waves, the bird calls, the insects chirping. Several times a week a cruise ship glides by and you congratulate yourself for making the right decision to stay on the island instead of cruising! From the front door you can see the volcanoes. The unit is comfy, has all the basics, more like a well-loved home than a sanitized, generic hotel. When I say perfect for two people all I mean to convey is that the second bedroom does not have the great ocean view that the first bedroom does. The kitchen is small, a tight fit for two, but everything works. If you want Hilo-style, local style, then choose this unit! We loved it and plan on coming back! Oh yes, Terry is easy to work with and quick to answer any question you may have!
