Lovely and spacious 1895 Victorian Home, perfectly located for walks to town, eateries, breweries, wine shops, shopping, church, theater and events. Nicely decorated, comfortable rooms, enjoy this 3600 sf home with new bathrooms and gorgeous new kitchen.
The Owner’s quarters are attached, accessible by a rear staircase. The owner does not share any space with the guest.
The space
Spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings, beautiful Victorian set just above Nevada City in a quiet neighborhood. Great views of downtown and city lights.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home. (owner's quarters are attached, but with separate entrance and back stairwell)
Guests enter the foyer, which opens to two parlors, dining room, and large kitchen. A bedroom and bath are on the first floor. A beautiful staircase leads to two more guest bedrooms and a guest bath on the second floor. Locked doors separate the owner from the house during a guests stay.
Other things to note
Access to the house is from a wrap around porch, with stairs from two sides. The large patio is level with the kitchen and includes a fountain.

No pets allowed.

The City of Nevada City has a strict ordinance regarding parking. Only 2 vehicles are allowed!

No parties, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs are allowed anywhere on the property.

Because there has been some abuse by previous guests, no additional guests are allowed. Please be honest about the number of people in the reservation process. You may not add more to your party without going through the site.
