Walking distance to downtown! Enjoy a stay for up to 6 guests in this newly built home. The space is private from the main road, and comes with all necessities: a full kitchen, ample parking, outdoor seating and barbecue, + coffee & treats! There is a noise monitor both inside and outside of the home, which does not record voices, but decibles to deter partying.

Came for the Fair and had a great stay here. Walkable to downtown Nevada City and easy access from the highway. We enjoyed the quiet as well here. This worked great for our family

My family returned to our home town of Nevada City to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. This gem of a house was extraordinary. It had a well-equipped kitchen and great bathrooms. It was also super clean. The shaded outdoor area in front of the house is a great place to have a barbeque. While we didn't grill, my family did eat outside one night during our stay. And while it was very hot, the shade made all the difference in terms of comfort.If you plan on staying in Nevada County for a weekend or more and need more than two rooms, I highly recommend this vacation rental. It's a much better deal than getting two hotel rooms. For us, it had many of the same comforts as home. It's obvious that the owners do an excellent job maintaining the home.When I return with a party of three to six people, this will be the first place I check to stay.Thank you for such a great experience!

Nevada City Gem

This home has a great floor plan for a gathering with friends or family. With the kitchen open to the dining and living area the cooks can visit with everyone while preparing a meal. The deck that faces the back of the property provides privacy and another space to relax and enjoy the scenery. This home is close to town and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic 3BR a short walk from town

This cozy house is PERFECT for a week/end getaway to NVC. .7 from town so easy up and back. 3BR 2BA lovel;y gives 6 people their own space. Lovely cozy living room, fabulous kitchen, great view from back deck. Ideal! Great communications and everything thoughtful and Just So. Will return again in a heartbeat.

Great property

This was an excellent location for a reasonable price. Had everything we needed for a great stay. If you are staying in the wintertime becareful of the concrete steps out front early in the morning. They get iced up from the automatic landscape watering. Very slippery. Other than that a great place.

Sisters get away weekend

The property was absolutely great, tucked in the woods, several houses around, but you would never know that. Very clean and roomy. Communication was clear with the property manager. The only thing that I would like to see. changed is having railings on the stairs that step down from the driveway. Because our group was elderly it was difficult for some to get up and down the steps, leading down the driveway and into the house. Would definitely stay there again.

3 day getaway with my wife

My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights this house is wonderful , very cozy home great kitchen super comfortable bed . I would highly recommend this house .We loved the area spent time down town at several of the bars & restaurants. The locals are so friendly. We will definitely be back

Enjoyed this cute house

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The location is within walking distance to town. The beds are comfortable and there are nice showers in both bathrooms. We especially enjoyed sitting outside, both at the table in the front area of the home as well as the nice deck area off the master bedroom. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Overnight with kids.

Needed to be in town for a night with my 4 kids. As a single mom with two sets of twins, it isn’t always easy to find the right space for us to stay. This house had absolutely everything we needed! It’s clean, beautiful, nestled in the trees with ample indoor and outdoor space to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. My kids said they wished we lived there :) Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

Would stay again!

Great location! Close to town. Cozy surroundings. Very comfortable overall. We would have loved mirrors in the bedrooms to free up bathroom. The Keurig coffee machine gave us trouble but luckily there was a drip available.

Back for Another Stay

This is not our first visit and we continue to be impressed by the property's location and amenities as well as the management. It was a delight to be back in Nevada City enjoying the comfort and spaces of the house. The front outdoor patio was great for late night dinners. Highly recommend this property.
