Tenemos una casa en Ocean Lakes (entre S. Myrtle Beach y Surfside Beach en la autopista. 17) 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, capacidad para 2 a 8. Tienda general, tiendas de helados, heladerías, mini golf, piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, una ENORME PLAYA FANTÁSTICA y mucho más. Alquilamos de sábado a sábado solo durante la temporada. Problems with Maintenance/Very Disappointed/Great Potential if items are corrected

I texted the owner about these issues. No recompensation was offered for the non-working items or replacement parts that WE bought and repaired,) 1. Shower nozzle in 2nd bath is a trickle. 2. Toilet is master bath wouldn't flush. My son bought a part and repaired this on his own. 3.Washing machine DID NOT WORK!!! Needed this at a beach resort. 4. Couldn't get into property at designated time because the girl cleaning was still there. Took an additional 45 minutes. 5. We had to clean out microwave (food debris), clean bathroom and bedroom mirrors, clean all faucets, and clean all sinks (kitchen included.) Cleanliness was NOT up to standards. 6. Cat poop ALL OVER yard to the left due to neighbor's cats. Squirrel tails, etc..... 7. Tree growing out of gutter out front. (Shows lack of maintenance) 8. Broken plastic vent in 3rd bedroom. Was afraid my grandson would fall through, so we dug under bed and found another vent that we could swap out. 9. The EMERGENCY HEAT came on in the middle of the night and a burning smell took over the house. Had to shut system down. 10. Ring Camera was coming on the front porch at various times, but no mention of cameras in the description. 11. Golf cart keys were hanging inside, along with directions for golf cart on the fridge, but when I asked (before we were able to go inside the home)I was told there was an additional $275 charge, which we Venmo'd. However, anyone could use this cart. ?? The cart also had a bad surge for the entire week.

Great Stay!

We loved the location of this house, on a quiet street. We brought our Aussie along with us and it was her first time. We weren’t able to come down one day due to Hurricane Idalia but when we arrived the house was great and was ready to go! We had a great time and Bob was a great communicator and was very prompt with responses when needed. It was a great stay!! Definitely recommend!

Summer vacay 23

We enjoyed our stay. We did get a little bit of rain which coolers things off but we had some issues with the TV in the family room. It had to re program several times during the week. We had a trip to ER for my son but after several test were completed told to just follow up after returning to home. Not sure if it was a virus or food poisoning because our grandson got sick about 24 hours later. But everyone returned to normal after a few days and loved the beach.

Best experience we’ve had at Ocean Lakes!

From the time you walk into Bob’s property it’s easy to tell how much care goes into this home. Anything you could think to need is available to make your life easier and make things feel more like “home”. That’s invaluable when you are traveling with small kids. The porch was our favorite part. Despite having a few rainy days the kids were still able to run around on the porch and there was room enough to play so they didn’t feel cooped up and mom and dad didn’t go crazy haha. Thank you again Bob for a relaxing vacation. We can’t wait to visit again next year.

Great beach house in Ocean Lakes Campground

We had a wonderful time at this beach house at Ocean Lakes Family Campground. We were so happy that we were able to bring our pups with us. There was plenty of room for the six people in our family and our dogs. The front porch was ideal for all of us! Thank you, Bob, for a relaxing and fantastic week!

Beautiful house!

Everything was perfect, clean, roomy etc. Great covered porch and nice yard for our dog. Anything you would need was there and very organized to find stuff. Will definitely stay again!

I’m going to start off by saying the home was everything that was listed. The owner Bob was helpful in every way. Plenty of room and the home was extremely clean. We will definitely be back. Great location at the South Gate. Really good property for pets.

Only negative is the neighbor feeding the ducks and geese which results in lots of poop on the driveway. Everyday spent washing off the driveway. Otherwise, great location near the South Gate. Another really good stay at Ovean Lakes.

Great for a family with small children

We truly enjoyed staying at this sweet house! The one story, open concept kitchen and living room, and huge porch were perfect for our little ones and dog! Not to mention the easy access to the South Gate and minimal traffic bc of the dead end, scooter heaven for the kids! Grass is hard to come by in OL and we loved the grass surrounding the house for our pup! It was very homey, quiet, and the perfect size for our family of 4!

We purchased our home in Ocean Lakes after many visits renting and then in a camper. We love it here as there is a lot to do and always have a great time. We decided on this home because the location allows us to quiet or in the middle of everything going on.

In this beach home we can walk or ride to anything here at Ocean Lakes. We are near the south gate so shopping or eating out is very handy and easy to do for even more enjoyment.
