Great Location!!! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort. On the front of the 5000 section, overlooking the 4000 camping section. Very close and convenient to the beach.

This home is small (non-shedding) dog-friendly. And comes with use of golf cart for licensed drivers 25+

OUTSIDE: Your outdoor entertaining options are endless here! Enjoy the expansive outdoor covered deck with dining table, (and plenty of afternoon shade) Downstairs, relax with TV on the outdoor sectional sofa and enjoy cookouts with the propane grill and picnic table. You'll also have access to corn-hole boards, beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. Front, main deck is facing the Ocean (East-Facing), so you won't be blazing in the sun during the summer months.

INSIDE: there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom.
5 beds, sleeping 7-8 people. Maximum 6 adults.

**Guest Agreement signature required within 24 hours of booking
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Complimentary use of Owner's GOLF CART for licensed drivers age 25+. Golf Cart Waiver required. Driver's License upload Required for each driver
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
