The villa is comfortably decorated and appointed. The focal point is the large veranda overlooking the beach and ocean. The perfect spot for morning coffee, meals and enjoying your favorite book. With his own tank of water, you can be confident that you are going to continuously have water!

Out the living room door in the back yard is a large, covered rancho for BBQ and meal prep entertaining.

Each bedroom is private and appointed with ceiling fan and air conditioner. 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed and one with 2 singles. Open your window for the ocean breeze and the sound of folding waves to sleep by.

The floor plan is an open one for group and family participation in all activities. The kitchen, counter bar, dining area and living room overlook the beach and ocean through large windows inviting the outside in. Now we also have Starlink Wi-Fi to provide you the best internet that you can need to enjoy more your stay.

Sunrise to Sunset: Start your day with fresh coconut milk from the palm trees and sunrise on the beach; and because the property is south facing, turn your chair around and grab a sun-downer in the evening for sunset from the same spot. There are plenty of activities to enjoy yourself in between or just relax with none at all.
