Spend your next vacation at our elegant home featuring endless amenities, private hot tub and putting green, beautiful patio, community with a pool, lazy river, hot tub, two beautiful large fire pit areas, a large barbecue area, club house with nice gym. We are perfectly located 10 minutes from Sand Hollow national park where you can ride UTV's through the beautiful red sand, paddle board (blow up paddle boards provided). 20 mins from most visited park in America Zions Park.

The gorgeous 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home can sleep as many as 15 people or 19 with the use of two pillow top blow up double sized mattresses. Every bedroom and living room has smart tv's. Two master bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom attached to the other two rooms. One living room and master down stairs and a large living room loft upstairs with an upstairs patio and an amazing outdoor patio with the hot tub, putting green and grill. Two blow up paddle boards for your use in the many outdoor trails and lakes. Xbox, ping pong table, pop a shot, and basketballs and pickle ball sets for the courts next door.

Bedding arrangements:
Master Bedroom down: King bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom.
Master Bedroom up: 2 Queen beds, smart tv, ensuite bathroom, and patio.
Bedroom 3: King bed, smart tv, attached jack and jill bathroom.
Bedroom 4 2 Double/Double bunks (very spacious) and attached jack and jill bathroom.
Family down: Smart tv.
Family Loft up: Smart tv, room for two extremely nice plug in and blow up queen sized pillow top mattresses, Xbox1, tons of board and card games, poker set, ping pong table.
Laundry available upstairs for your use!

Make sure to close and strap down the hot tub cover or it will fill with sand and there will be an extra $75 charge if we have to drain and clean it.

Nice spot

Perfect place to stay

If you are looking for a great property in this area, look no further. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and all of the thought the host put in to making our stay perfect. Such a great place to spend a vacation and a perfect home base for Zion and Bryce Canyon.

Wonderful Stay!

This property was perfect for our group of teens and adults. Lots of fun games and space to spread out. The pickleball court is right next door. The hot tub was clean and hot. Kitchen was well equipped. Great communication with the host, Lisa. Would stay here again.

The house was a great base camp for our hiking trips to Zion. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. The property was very clean. Lisa, the property manager, was excellent! We loved having the pool/lazy river to use after our long days of hiking. The only thing that needed attention was the outside grill-the burners seem to need replaced and the dishwasher- we usually had to run it twice to get dishes clean. However, we would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

The host was so nice & had a Monopoly game & air pump delivered for our stay, per our request. Loved that they had an ice chest in the garage!! We had a great time.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property and well maintained. Host very responsive to messages and willing to help. Property is centrally located and we were able to spend time in Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon. Highly recommend!!

Great spot

Great spot for a large group to stay. Clubhouse is within walking distance. Close to Sand Hollow and downtown Hurricane. Lots of space for kids to hang out while parents have adult time downstairs. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Zion Get Away

Perfect for multiple families. Kids loved the ping pong table, foosball table, and basketball game. Zion was a short time away for morning hikes, and pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing afterwards. Contact was quick and response time was wonderful. Highly recommend!

This property is just as nice as advertised. Its’s clean and nicely stocked. Lisa and I had many messages back and forth. She is very responsive which is appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication

Loved the hot tub after tye day of hiking. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse to play air hockey and swim in the pool. Host was able to provide a cooler last minute which was great to take for our picnics. Would definitely come again.

Nice townhouse

The townhouse was great. We had plenty of room for our whole group. The wifi went out, but host was quick to help us get connected. We were disappointed to not know ahead of time that the pool was being renovated.

No laundry Access

The condo was clean, and the rooms were nicely decorated with bedding and towels. The mattress on the main level was comfortable. The only issue is that the laundry area was locked. We were only there for one night, so it wasn't an issue, but if we had stayed longer, I would have wanted that availability.

Hurricane mid-week stay

This is a townhome with another on either side. The unit was clean and comfortable but we experienced significant issues with internet connectivity. The property manager was easy to contact and addressed our issues. Unfortunately, the internet company couldn’t come until the day we left. Backyard area with hot tub is in close proximity to neighbors, and there was some noise from children in the pool next door pretty late at night.
