Beautiful green patio with terrace and pool to enjoy with friends or family, as well as having a ping-pong table for afternoon games. Close to Miami's main airport. It has high-speed Wi-Fi so you can work from home and never stop sharing your stay.

The house is located in the center of Griffing Boulevard, minutes from Miami beach, a center where you can fully enjoy Miami and all its nightlife.

Located in the heart of Griffing Boulevard, just minutes away from Miami Beach, this is a central hub where you can fully immerse yourself in Miami's vibrant nightlife.

You can always use transportation platforms, such as Uber and Lyft.

This is a no smoking house, any smoking inside the house will have a $300 fine.

Keys: if any of the keys are lost, a $100 replacement fee will be charged.
IMPORTANT

• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.

If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.

*If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.*

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Carpet Stains (spills): $50

Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
