Casa privada ubicada en New Town disponible para alquiler mínimo de 4 semanas. Patio bellamente ajardinado con patio privado y piscina segura. El uso de bicicletas y autos eléctricos para cuatro pasajeros proporciona un transporte flexible por toda la isla. La casa cuenta con una cocina moderna con todos los electrodomésticos y encimera de granito. La suite principal se abre a la terraza de la piscina y está amueblada con una cama king size y vestidor, un baño privado con una gran ducha. Otro dormitorio también se abre al área de la cubierta de la piscina y está amueblado con una cama queen size. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Un segundo baño sirve a las habitaciones de invitados. Dos paredes de la sala tienen puertas correderas que se abren completamente en el área de la piscina.

Fantastic house!!! Perfect location! Best owners!

Our experience with living in paradise for the month of December could not have been better! This home was perfect in every way. From the pool, to the open walls, to the electric car. The owners were fantastic and made our experience so much better. We enjoyed everything about our stay and even felt a little like locals. We were the envy of all our friends both at home and on the island :) One of the best trips we have taken! If you are considering this at all, GO FOR IT!

At home in key west

My husband and I recently were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful vacation home. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The owners are very helpful and accessible for any questions. We have stayed in the key west area several times and this has been our favorite experience. We look forward to another visit!

Key West Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy house! Just my husband and I until our son joined us for 5 days. We all got a big kick out of the little car. We actually had our own, a VW convertible, but only used it one time. The rest of the time we scooted everywhere in the E-car. Publix was right around the corner which was quite convenient. The house itself is just as pictured. Very nicely decorated. Next time we will come in a cooler month so we can open the sliding doors to the pool area, which was nice and private. Highly recommended! We would stay here again!

A Month in Heaven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paradise!! The house was just like it is shown on the website. This was our 15th year in Key West and it was the best home yet. It was very well stocked with everything you need. It was quiet and very private. The e-car was a fabulous bonus - it made going down to Duval an even more fun experience. Our only complaint was the month went too fast! Thanks Jill and George.

We stayed for the month of December 2015. The house was very nice and was just as listed. I believe that it was more than we expected. All amenities were available. It was very peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. However when we wanted to go to Duval Street we hopped in the e-car and drove there. We had a minor problem with the pool heater and the e-car but Jill and George took care of these minor problems as soon as possible. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I am hoping that we can book it again. Thanks Jill and George you run a "tight ship".

Truly paradise.

After driving 1200 miles to get to our little slice of paradise, we were not disappointed. It was just what the doctor ordered ... sitting by the pool that evening with a drink and just listening to the sounds made that long drive a faint memory. The house was everything we expected and then some. Abigail (owners daughter) was very helpful and extremely pleasant. We have already made our reservations for next year.

Reluctant Reviewer

Reluctant Reviewer.....a strange title for a five star rating. But I must admit some reluctance to letting you know about this place. I would prefer to keep it my secret spot, but that just wouldn't be right. While endlessly searching for a place to take a family vacation, I came across this listing. It seemed to have everything we wanted, and at a very fair price. I began a dialogue with George and Jill, and very quickly felt as though they were friends. We booked the month of June, and off to KW we went. I won't bore you with praises of how great the house is, or how we left our vehicle sitting at the curb the entire time because the electric vehicle is simply the trick. Suffice it to say that everything you see in the pics, and read in other reviews about the house, is even better when you arrive. As wonderful as George and Jill were, and even though the property exceeded expectation, the best thing is an old real estate adage....Location, Location, Location! Situated on a corner lot in a quiet residential neighborhood of KW natives, it offers the ideal setting to truly experience KW. Take the first week and do all the tourist things that everybody will ask you about on your return....Mallory Square, Duval Street, see the polydactyl cats at the Hemmingway house, catch the ferry out to the Dry Tortugas. It is really all worth seeing. After you get these things done, slow down.....you have a month....and pay attention to the local KW lifestyle, talk to your neighbors, once you get to know them a bit, they will share their favorite local spots to eat, best places to shop without crowds, etc. Keith, the pool guy and Manny the yard guy come once a week, and once they know you're not one of those tourists that act like a horses hind end, they will share some great local info, especially really, really good places to eat. If you find they don't want to share, well, you now know why. While I could list these places, I wouldn't want to deprive you of getting to know the locals, for this is where you truly begin to experience KW. A most unique microcosm of societal compatibility, if you leave KW without the feeling that we are One Human Family, then you have failed to slow down enough, and have wasted the best part of the KW experience. If you are looking for a place to spend a month in paradise, this is it. I would rather you pass it on by, so it is available the next time I head South, but you really need to book this one now!!

A Home a Away from Home

We are definitely having the time of our life! I can honestly say this, so far, has been the best stay we have had in Key West in our 12 years coming! Definitely feels like our home away from home (yet better). Don't be surprised to hear from us again, this time next year, as well. We have enjoyed the use of the electric car & have enjoyed many rides around the island. We absolutely love the house! It's beautifully updated...have not had any problems /issues, like we've had in years before. We love sitting around just enjoying the view out thru to and in the backyard; especially enjoying the pool...such a tropical oasis. We have already visited "the usual" Sunset Celebration (many times), shopping down Duval, & our kids (the older ones) have even be able to go scuba diving for the 1st time & my little one snorkeling for the 1st time! I'm so glad we still have 2 more weeks to enjoy here & can't wait to celebrate mine and my husbands 5th year anniversary together here in paradise. Thanx for checking in & we will be sure to keep in touch! Thanx for helping us be able to make these new memories apart of our annual tradition!

Key West New Town Oasis

We have made many visits to the Florida Keys and would definitely rate this home as one of our favorites. The owners, George and Jill, were very professional in their communication and were very responsive to our needs. The house and property were very clean and well equipped for all your "Keys" vacation needs. We enjoyed the electric car, bicycles, pool, barbeque grill and the overall open layout of the house. The privacy fence and lush landscaping around the pool area truly create an oasis. Yet, within a short bike ride you can be viewing the Atlantic Ocean or heading up the Keys on the bike path. We highly recommend this property for your first or next visit to Key West.

Great Bargain

Loved this sweet little house. Owners couldn't be nicer and their daughter too. The electric car made this house so easy - groceries, morning coffee for sunrise, evenings in old town. Loved the bikes too. Rode them to old town almost every day. Super fun and good exercise too. Check out what it costs to rent an electric car and be sure to deduct that from the overall cost to realize what a good deal this house is for an extended visit.

Outstanding stay!

This is a wonderful vacation home! The house is well stocked, and very clean and comfortable. It's obvious that this home is lovingly cared-for and very well maintained. The electric car that comes along with the home adds so much value. The pool and backyard area are so pretty and very private. The owners, George and Jill, go out of their way to be helpful and accomodating wherever they can. The local caretakers, Marianne and Shawn, are quick to help and offer excellent advice on good places to see and all of the local goings-on. We had so much fun here, and we'd love to return next year. In short, great home, great value, great owners, great vacation! THANK YOU!

Paradise at last!!!!!!!!!!

We would like to thank Jill & George so much for sharing their beautiful piece of paradise with us!!! I am so thankful that we picked their home instead of one in Old Town. Although Old Town is lovely, their home was so charming and larger than I thought it would be. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful, and we always felt safe. It was also very convenient to the grocery stores and one of our favorite restaurants, Chico's on Stock Island. Having the electric car was so economical (did not have to buy expensive gasoline), great fun and convenient for parking near Duval Street downtown. You could park free in the spaces that were marked resident parking about 2 blocks away from Duval. We always found a resident parking spot on Southard or Fleming St. It became a daily ritual for us to take a drive at night along the ocean and down Duval when it cooled off. We have never stayed in a vacation home that was so welcoming. We loved to sit in the living room and look out at the tropical oasis in the back. We loved the beautiful yellow flowering vines that were growing over the awning on the back deck. We could not believe how well stocked the house was. They even provided extras like rain ponchos, dvr for cable, computer and backup ink for the printer. You name it, they had it. We especially appreciated and loved the beautiful pool. One of our favorite things was to come back after a long hot day and cool off in the pool. We also enjoyed our late night swims. It was always so refreshing. Jill and George were BY FAR the best hosts we have ever had. They were so quick to respond to my emails, and I could always reach them by phone if we needed them. We will always remember our iguana friend, and the lizard that greeted me every morning at the same time on my glass bedroom door. We are very sad to leave and hope to return one day! Thanks so much for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Relaxation Destination

If you are looking for peice, quiet and privacy in a tropical paradise, then this is the place for you. Our stay in this wonderful relaxing home in Key West was amazing. From the private pool to the electric car, it has it all. This house has everything, a large family style kitchen(well stocked with the basics), barbeque grill, bikes, wifi, electric car, large outdoor living area and a sliding glass wall that brings the outside in. The large open and well designed floor plan is perfect for a large family or couples traveling together. For the price of the rental it is by far the best value in Key West. You get more than you can possibly image for this clean and well maintain property. The owners are very responsive with email questions during your stay. It is a short bike ride to downtown (we highly recommend Pepes and Sandys). Convenient to and from the airport. We have been to this house twice before and we can't wait to go back. It is our home away from home!

Why stay anywhere else? THIS HOME HAS IT ALL!!

What a wonderful stay we had. Jill and George made sure everything was just right before we arrived. The home was exactly as described to us. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax during our vacation. Less than a mile from the airport and only a few miles away from the fun of Duval Street. The electric car was such a fabulous bonus. It got us around the entire island and really made things such as food and supply shopping so much easier. The home was large with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, "THE OASIS" pool and patio, weber grill, bicycles, electric car.....what else does one need for the perfect vacation? The landscaping was lush and well kept which made the pool and patio area the place where we all hung out throughout the week. The kitchen was fantastic and stacked with everything you would need (just like being at home). The master bedroom was very large and private with a beautiful bathroom. It opens up directly to the pool as well. The other two bedrooms were well appointed and had plenty of storage areas for your things to go along with a nice shared bathroom. "New Town" is very convenient to the shopping plaza's as well as restaurants and the beaches. A great place for morning jogs or afternoon walks along the ocean. It is quite easy to summarize our stay......We will be back each and every year if Jill and George will have us :-) Great people and a great home!!

Perfect House for the Perfect Vacation!

I spent 5 weeks in this amazing home with my family (4 children). The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation (beach towels, fully-stocked kitchen, outdoor bbq). The electric car was so much fun and a great way to get around the island. They have top-notch bikes that guests can also use, which made the vacation even more special and fun. The owners are friendly and kind and helpful, and so are the neighbors. They even have someone come to clean the pool! They have a great selection of games, wireless internet, and a large cable tv in the living room...my family didn't want to leave. This is the best house to rent for a family who wants a memorable and special vacation. We will come back again next year!
