Despierta tus sentidos tropicales en este retiro bien equipado de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño ubicado en el distrito Old Town de Key West. Una exuberante vegetación te saluda en cada rincón de esta propiedad creando una sensación de tranquilidad. Bien equipado con todas las comodidades cotidianas del hogar realzadas por los lujos modernos deseables, este refugio seguramente aprovechará al máximo sus vacaciones en la isla.

DETALLES Y COMODIDADES ...
Este encantador santuario de Concha irradia una decoración brillante y nítida representativa de la vida costera. Se puede lograr una vida fácil mientras se extiende en la acogedora sala de estar que incluye un televisor de pantalla plana y una estantería llena de novelas para una tarde lluviosa. Cerca hay una cocina totalmente equipada que muestra electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable para preparar comidas que se pueden disfrutar en la mesa de comedor interior para 4 personas. Abra las ventanas mientras la luz natural se filtra e invite a la brisa de la isla a crear un espacio interior / exterior alegre.

ARREGLOS PARA DORMIR…
La primera habitación viene con una cómoda cama queen, TV de pantalla plana y armario para guardar sus pertenencias. Se puede ingresar a la segunda habitación desde la cocina a través de las puertas dobles de granero e incluye una cama nido, un armario y puertas francesas que conducen al jardín para tomar su taza de café por la mañana. Ambas habitaciones comparten un baño completo de jack y jill equipado con una cabina de ducha y una bañera antigua recientemente renovada.

VIDA AL AIRE LIBRE…
Su oasis de ensueño al aire libre completará por completo sus vacaciones tropicales. Una tarde relajante requiere relajarse en la piscina climatizada, seguida de una noche bajo las estrellas en las mecedoras o hamacas. Disfrute de la parrillada en la barbacoa y cenar al aire libre con capacidad para 4 personas mientras planifica las aventuras de su próximo día. Una lavadora / secadora se encuentra en el exterior de la casa. Con una ubicación tranquila, esta casa permite el mejor tipo de R&R con solo un corto viaje a la ciudad o las playas de Key West.

The house is nice, and the backyard is very relaxing. We had a great experience with renting the property. Great communication with property manager. It is about a 30 minute walk to Duval.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think this is the first rental house I've ever stayed in where the pictures actually matched the reality of the house. If you're thinking it looks like a small slice of paradise, it truly is! The house was clean with plenty of initial supplies to get you through the first week. Check-in, as well as all interactions with the property manager, was quick and easy. The house location was perfect for us--residential and quiet, but a short 20 minute walk or 4 minute Uber to Duval or other hot spots. The best part is you are a five minute bike ride to Higgs beach and no more than 15 minutes to Smathers.The backyard is the highlight of the house. The plunge pool is bigger than it looks and the owner has smartly created several seating areas throughout. Just wait until you're sitting on the deck, under the string lights, eating Key West spiced shrimp or something picked up from the local butcher a couple blocks away. (The grill works great too!)

Highlights were the refreshing pool, the outdoor entertaining area and a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom had a high ceiling and a very comfortable bed which was a great plus. The neighborhood is quiet and yet, you are in walking/cycling distance to cafe's, restaurants and Truman/Duval St. I would rent the cottage again particularly as our experience with the property manager and the neighbor very very positive. They have been extremely helpful and responded fast when we needed help.

The calm peaceful vibe that resonated from the beautiful landscape, the pool fountain and the pool, the bright welcoming kitchen and the perfectly decorated rooms could not be more to my taste. It was divinely planned for me to be "stuck" in key west at this beautiful magical home. I am forever grateful for my time spent exploring the simple daily pleasures of key west with La Puerta Rosa as my homebase.
