The property location is perfect. The view is fantastic. Unfortunately the host was unresponsive and the property definitely needs some regular maintenance.

Communication was good. You can’t beat the location right in the gulf. Beds were comfortable. The place could use a little love but overall a nice stay with an outstanding view.

The view was beautiful, the kitchen was nice and updated as well. When we arrived there was an unpleasant musky smell in the condo. Two of our family members have asthma and started having symptoms when we arrived. The bedding also smelled musky so we did have to wash the bedding from both rooms. We discovered that the air filter was way overdue to be changed and changed it ourselves. The shower curtains both had mildew on them. There was construction going on to repair the roof the entirety of our stay waking us up at 7:30 every morning and continuing throughout the day. We were not notified of the construction until the morning of check in. Due to the construction we were only able to use the pool the day we arrived. It would have been nice to be notified of this in advance and given the option to cancel or reschedule our week long stay.

Very nice condo. Beautiful view of Gulf. Loved the view and screen porch. Nicely furnished. Complete kitchen Beds comfortable. Shower water pressure could have been better. The pass word for the FREE WIFI did not work. Email was different than book in condo and neither of them worked. No response when asked for correct password.

The unit was in at the perfect location and the condo had all the accommodations we would need for our family with small children. The water and sand was beautiful! We made wonderful family memories at this location and were even able to see baby sea turtles hatch! The management was quick to our questions and any issues that arose.

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ample amount of towels, bed linens, pillows, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the Nespresso machine was very much appreciated! The provided beach towels and chairs were a great addition to our vacation. Very clean and nicely decorated, with a stunning view from the large balcony! Communication was excellent; the host responded immediately to our questions. The check in & check out process was clear and easy. My family will definitely stay here again!

Good location

property is nice and clean. I would recommend this condo. Very nice balcony to relax on. Nespresso coffee machine and keurig. Kitchen has everything you would need.

Family Spring Break Vacation on the Beach

Beautiful place with amazing Beach views all day. Great ability to cook your own meals but short drive to restaurants as well. Washer and dryers were nice to keep up and return home with clean clothes. Sliding doors open up completely and make you feel like the whole condo is open as your own beach cabana. Large deck / linai was great to sit out on and play cards. My daughters slept out on the linai and loved falling asleep to the beach waves. Beds were nice and comfortable. Two bathrooms was also great. Spacious feeling beautiful condo we hope to use again sometime.

Condo is terrific and as described in the listing, we could see no hurricane related damage. Very clean! Lots of towels/linens available. Direct gulf view is wonderful. Pool is nice. Communication with property manager/owner very prompt. Island still recovering from hurricane damage but things look far better than we thought they would, particularly the beaches, and we found plenty of restaurants and shops open.

Excellent location,but that’s where excellence ends

As stated above, the property is right on the water and overlooks the gulf. That’s what makes is amazing. The condo has great appliances like the washer/ dryer, microwave, tvs. Unfortunately the communication with the property management was sub par. I didn’t receive any check in details after requesting them. I had to contact Vrbo support for assistance. I never received any check out instructions. Our door didn’t lock the entirety of our stay. The management did not remedy this. They did call, however did not listen to me when I told them that the electronic lock appeared to be out of batteries. They sent over two employees saying they needed to check the porch. They didn’t give me a heads up, so of course I didn’t let them in. The shower curtains are orange from mold. The soap is cut with water to make it last longer. The cooler provided has a broken handle. The list goes on. You are paying for the view and that is it. This has not been the level I used to with Vrbo.

Family Spring Break

We loved the location on the beach, sunsets were gorgeous. We rented bikes to get around to the north end/south end. Property had everything we needed and beach was so peaceful. This is your place if you are looking for beach time!
