Welcome to our inviting, family and pet friendly (see details) 3-bedroom home with a private in-ground pool in the heart of charming Warner Robins, Georgia. Plenty of privacy on over .5 acre lot. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. A short drive to restaurants and shops, 8 minutes to RAFB, & 20 minutes to Downtown Macon. Whether you're here for a family vacation or business trip, our getaway promises a memorable stay.
The space
House includes:
-Bedroom 1: Bunk beds (Top bunk is a twin bed can sleep 1 with max weight of 200 lbs.; bottom bunk is a full bed can sleep up to 2 with max weight of 300 lbs), pack and play with mattress, & love sofa
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with half bath (private entrance to pool through this room)
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
-Queen size air mattress. *Sleeping arrangements comfortably sleeps up to 7 people; can accommodate up to 10 people for the stay.
- Living room w/TV Streaming (WIFI provided; bring your own login). Couch is not a pull out.
- 1 full bathroom with tub for bath or shower
- 1 half bathroom in guest room going out to pool.
- Private outdoor patio with private in-ground pool including lounge chairs & table (pool towels provided). * 2 outdoor security cameras overlooking backyard pool/parking area & the other at front door overlooking front door/yard* -Night swimming is allowed. The pool has a built in light and backyard has a flood light.
- Dining space (seats 6).
- Kitchen, fully stocked. Keurig coffee pot provided with coffee pods & reusable pod to fill your own coffee if you prefer that.
- Laundry room: free to use washer & dryer (provided hypoallergenic detergent pods free of perfumes & clear of dyes).
- Plenty of free parking directly on property around back.
- Professional cleaning between each guest stay.

Space is accessible through keyless entry. Host will send out code and/or app access instructions for keypad prior to guest arrival.

Overall good stay needs to lay rocks or concrete there was nothing but mud, needs lighting it’s a very dark street. More than one t.v. And it needs to be sprayed it was a lot of spiders and no cleaning supplies..

Really enjoyed the house. We were staying there for NBHA world and the pool was great to relax and wind down after a long hot day. We had 7 people and everyone had somewhere to sleep. The beds were a little hard, but we prefer a softer mattress so that could be just my opinion. I brought extra pots and pans just incase they were needed, but I didn’t have to use them. I would stay here again!!

Nice place in a quiet area! Not perfect but most aren’t, needs a larger dining table with more chairs and some WD-40 for all the door hinges.

overpriced

I don't mind paying a little extra for nice things. This place did not fit the bill. There is no driveway so upon arriving you step in mud. Lots of mud, no way around it.Cons: no frying pans except for a very small one, dishware almost nonexistent as with utensils. There were some plastic forks. No toaster or blender. Cooking utensils limited and dollar store quality. I felt like I was camping just trying to make breakfast. The floor very uneven throughout house, strange. Towels old and faded. Ceiling fan in bedroom sounded like it was going to fall offceiling.pool was nice but pool area needs work, old diving board leaning against shed, patio furniture old of the 3 chairs one was broken. Fence around pool old with broken slats.even though area rural and "sketchy" very noisy road with a lot of trucks racing by.pro: house was clean, coffee pods were nice.

Not for groups

The property was advertised as "sleeps 10". We were a group of 8, so specifically chose the property for the space. For sleeping, there were two full size beds and one full/twin bunk combo - enough for 7. Neither the loveseat in one bedroom or the couch in the living room folded out to a bed - so it actually slept 7. However, sleep and accommodate are obviously two different things, as there was only dinner service for three or four. But, with only one small fry pan and one small saucepan for cooking, preparing meals for more than two wasn't possible, unless you purchase your own pans, which we did. There were only bath towels for four, and insufficient toilet paper for a group of eight staying three nights. In short, the home was terribly under furnished and under stocked. Additionally, when we opened the oven to prepare dinner our first evening, we found pans of moldy food that were absolutely disgusting. The pool area had no lighting, so was unable to be used in the evenings - which was another disappointment. It's apparent that the host/owner is inexperienced as a host and before renting it again should invest a few hundred dollars in adequate supplies.

Some issues

We arrived and the pool was not clean, shower curtain had black stains on it, silverware cutlery had soap scums stain on them, and dryer was not working right and would not dry out the clothes completely. Told the host about these issues and gave us new shower curtains but never had the cleaners sent out to clean the pool like she said she would. Also texted her about the cutlery and dryer and never responded.

2024 Warner Robins Trip

Tatiana's home was clean and comfortable. We rented over Easter break and were looking forward to using the pool with our family. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. We loved the fact that it was close to family, but gave us our own space to retreat to at the end of each day. When we are back in the area we would definately rent again.
