THE SPACE

Each room has its own unique feel but they all invoke tranquility & relaxation.

The master bedroom comes with a king sized breathable memory-foam mattress, bay-windows with a quiet cozy reading nook with dimmable ceiling lights for two, built in storage closet with drawers, shelving, and clothing racks, and a mounted 42in smart tv. At night you'll love being able to control the atmosphere with the dimmable nightstand lamps.

Guest bedroom #1 features a queen sized breathable memory-foam mattress, full length mirror, built in storage closet with shelving and clothing racks, and 56inch mounted smart tv setup. The hanging amber colored rope light & warm tones will help set the mood for a relaxing night in.

Guest room #2 includes a full size breathable memory-foam mattress, full length mirror, built in closet storage with shelving and clothing racks, a wall-mounted work desk & chair, area rug, and a 60in mounted smart tv.

Living room features a large & 32inch deep sectional couch, ottomans, reading nook, and a 70in smart tv. Here you'll find all your favorite games, and activities for those fun game nights.

The backyard was designed to inspire resort style relaxation with moveable bean bag loungers, a sofa-lounge set for 6 with retractable umbrella, and a picnic table for 6. The best part is all the fun you'll have practicing your putting game on the 3-hole mini-golf green or challenging one-another in Ring-The-Bull, Corn-Hole, giant connect-4 or Giant Jenga.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prep a family sized meal including large granite peninsula, 2-rack electric oven, 4 burner electric stove top, air-fryer, microwave, blender, and coffee station with drip & Nespresso pod function. The kitchen also features a hightop bar with 3 stools in direct view of the living room tv for convenient and comfortable snacking while enjoying your favorite programming! (All appliances are stainless steel)

The dining room has a 6-person all wood dining table in a modern and warm atmosphere. This dining room is directly next to the large peninsula bar seating area for close proximity of serving family style meals. The smart thermostat is also located at in the dining room and can be used at your disposal to set temperature at your comfort level.

Both bathrooms have stand up showers with rainfall shower-heads, built-in corner bench, & secondary hand-held shower heads.

Guests will have access to the entire house. They will enter through a pin-code lock front door for an easy and convenient check-in process. The front door has a ring security camera for guest safety as well as convenience. In case of any issues accessing the property the hosts are able to troubleshoot through the Ring doorbell camera for the guests.

There is a side door which also has a pin-code lock, and from inside the entry to the backyard is via the glass sliders in the living room. Entry to the back yard from the front of the house is located on the north side of the property through the gate door. The gated double doors on the south side of the property are inaccessible to guests.

Parking is located on property with 5 available spaces. The driveway can hold 4 cars and on the south end of the property there is a paved space parallel to the side-walk and street. Guest must park parallel when using this space and not obstruct the street. There is no street parking allowed.
