On The Beach Features

- 2nd Floor King Suite 2: TV, dresser storage, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, water closet which can be shut off from the bedroom as it is also available for the main living area
Located south of 30A and just steps to the East Ruskin Pavilion, this two-story beach cottage boasts an exceptional location with terrific gulf views. Stairs to the living area are just off the entrance foyer. Vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, built-in cabinets, floor to ceiling windows that allow plenty of light, are just a few highlights of the living room. The living area extends onto the covered porch with amazing gulf views and spectacular sunsets.
The unique dining table with iron base and reclaimed pine tabletop seats six. The galley kitchen is waiting for the family chef. Stainless steel appliances include Subzero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, KitchenAid dishwasher, and a wine refrigerator. The breakfast bar seats four. Guest suite with king bed also on second level.
The primary suite with king bed and ensuite bath are located on the first level west wing for privacy. The spacious second guest suite includes three custom built-in bunks plus a king size bed with storage beneath. Both guest suite and primary suite have access to a screened porch with a quick walk to the beach.
The kiddos will race to line up at the outside shower after a day filled with fun building sandcastles. Two off-street parking spaces are provided. Park your car and enjoy a minutes' walk to beach and town square.
The 30A area is continually growing and evolving. As a result, nearby construction, renovations, or public works projects may occur during your stay. While we strive to provide an exceptional experience, these activities are beyond our control. Refunds or discounts cannot be offered for construction-related noise, disruptions, or changes in views.
