Leave your worries behind and come enjoy some Island Time!
Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, the home also has access to Sargent Beach just steps away, across the street - this really makes the house the perfect location! You'll love the amazing views here.. At the back of the house, across the ICW is a wildlife refuge, making for fantastic nature watching. Barges go by, and you will frequently see dolphins playing in their wake! You'll enjoy watching the sun rise from the front patio with a cup of coffee, overlooking the ocean.. later on, relax on the back patio and watch the sun set over the ICW. The views here really are hard to beat!
Your sure to love the beautifully updated, open concept kitchen and living areas, as well as the oh so comfortable bedrooms! Each room has a smart TV, where you can log in to your own apps.
You can spend time fishing from the deck on the ICW, or walk across to the street to Sargent Beach to surf fish or just relax! Under the house is all screened in, with a hot tub! The screened patio really is a huge asset here on the coast to keep away those pesky bugs. There's even room to play a round of cornhole in the screened area.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
Bedroom #1: King bed with gulf view
Bedroom #2: King bed with ICW view
Bedroom #3: 2 twin beds
Bedroom #4: Ground level guest house with queen bed, and queen over queen bunk bed
The home is equipped with beach chairs, a beach cart, outdoor games and a second fridge on the ground level.
The kitchen has a drip coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and all the essentials. Downstairs has a charcoal grill. Please use out from under the house!
There is a public boat ramp just down the road, if you want to bring your boat.
